+ 0 moreIn late August I contacted the contractor through Angie's list to provide a quote for glass block intstall. A auto generated reply was immediately sent as received. Approximately 4 weeks I contacted the contractor for a second time, checking the status of the quote and/or my initial request. Still no response after approximately 6 weeks, therefore contacted another contractor who provided a quote and scheduled a job date for next week. I am very disappointed both with Tri County Glass Block lack of communication and Angie's List for poorly screening their recommended contractors.
Description of Work: The contractor was contacted through Angies List to provide a quote for glass block window install. There was no contact or quote despite attempts to contact the contractor.

+ -1 moreHe is wonderful! The price only changed $6 from what he quoted at the county fair in August, and that was due to the window’s irregular size. He came right out to provide a quote and quickly made an appointment for installation, to which he showed up right on time!
Description of Work: He removed an old glass pane window in my basement and replaced it with a glass block window.
