+ -1 moreTerrible!!! Showed up 3 hours late for the appointment. Installed unnecessary parts. I called them due to a bang during spin cycle after coming 3 times my washer didn't spin and leaked all over. Wires were hanging, there was a hole in my rear outer tub caused by them not mounting the motor back on properly. I spent $630 total and bow my machine doesn't work. Filed a complaint with BBB and Scott refused to fix it unless I withdrew my complaint. I refused and after I explained what they did wrong, Scott then said they would fix it. Taking legal action. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else like I did. They even lied and said they didn't have my phone number when I have phone records to probe otherwise. They damaged my washer. DON'T USE THEM!!!
Description of Work: I needed a new spin basket in my washing machine.

+ -1 moreialled two other appliance repair places before I remembered Sitzman's. They have a laundromat at the place of business. I have used it a few times and it is like no other laundromat I have been to. Everything is neat, clean and in working order. They even have coffee and hot chocolate for their customers! I was so glad I had called them. They came out the next day. Their travel call fee was $20.00 less than the other two I had called. They arrived first thing in the morning. Tom was very professional and knew what the problem was just by my describing what sounds the machine was making. He fixed it immediately and all is well again. Only thing I wish was that he had asked me if I wanted to wipe out behind the washer while he had it pulled out. :-)
Description of Work: I have a Maytag BRAVO High Effficiency Wash and Dryer. THe pair was purchased in November 2011. Therefore, it is out of one year warranty. So sad a product would need service that soon. The washer was making terrible sounds.....sort of a screaching....

+ -1 moreWhile it took a couple of days to get a repairman out to fix my oven ( the ignition went). The technician arrived right on schedule. The entire service call was less than an hour. I love how they leave me the part that was replaced.
Description of Work: I have been using Stizmans for several years now. They have always been very prompt and honest in letting me know what the issue was with my appliance and the costs for the repairs. I highly recommend Stizmans!
