Did you ever think of calling me to tell me this? Nope. So, try #2. Booked 2 weeks out for the same deal...Thursday or Friday. So, Thursday morning I call at 10:30 am to see when they are coming out...no call back and they never showed. I call again at 7:52 pm, leave another message and Nick calls me right back. He informs me that both of his technicians are out of state for training. Are you friggin kidding me? So once again they never called me to tell me any of this. Totally screwed me since I needed the core aeration done first before I can top dress and overseed my lawn. Completely wasted my time. Very unprofessional, poor communication, and just poor business practice...period.

I am amazed at how much better our lawn looked after just one season with Weedman. We just completed our second season and the lawn gets better and better. It looks healthier, richer and fuller, there's no more moss or bare spots. I really appreciate that they call before they come out to perform a service. Weedman was recommended to us by a long time customer and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The reviews on Angie’s List were great so I used them. They are competitively price and they are on time and they call a day or two to let you know that are coming. We are very happy with our lawn.

This is the third year i have been using the Weed Man. My lawn is gorgeous. I have received many compliments. Last year I had an issue, they sent out a supervisor and corrected the problem. At least once a season i call to tell them how awesome my lawn looks.

Over two weeks of unresponsiveness. What a shame. First week the answering service lost my contact information. 2nd week, who knows?! The manager Keith? said I would hear from the scheduler within 24 hours & that was a week ago today. I called back today, spoke with him again, and he lamented it's the first time this has happened this season. Why is this so difficult? I was supposed to hear back from him before close of business today to schedule & nada. I don't get it. I was patient, helpful, and opened my schedule to them. They could have seemed to care less about my business after my agreeing to their 6 round treatment. I just needed to schedule it! Terrible business practices.

We are on a seasonal contract with the provider. It has gone well. They are very timely and call ahead. They are also always there to answer questions. We are very happy with the way our lawn looks.

We have a large yard (100'x200') that backs up to a park. We have used this lawn treatment service for three years. After bad experiences with other well known services in the area, we found them to be head and shoulders above others. They are prompt, courteous and the service is excellent. They always call ahead of time so you can be ready, offer other dates if not convenient. We recently sold our home and one of the selling attributes mention by the realtors was the beautiful lush green weed free lawn. When we built the house in 2002, we did nothing special in planting the grass, so we owe them the kudos for how our yard looks! We highly recommend Weed Man to everyone who wants a nice looking lawn.

1st and quot;feedand quot; treatment was performed early in the spring as needed (they told me that they do the weed and feed separate) and my weed treatment was supposed to be in May. I called late May (~23rd) to inquire about my treatment and they assured me it would be done in May. I then called again on June 9th and they told me they were backed up. Finally they came on June 13th and never called ahead like they were supposed to but now I am concerned since weeds have started to close in on me from my neighbors yards (they do not apply anything). I usually applied weed/feed myself and may switch back to doing it myself next year. The weed control in mid-June is too late in my opinion and I should have to babysit a service provider.

Still ongoing treatment, but the results so far are very good. Excellent pricing. Good service. And the lawn looks much better. Will know more at the end of the season.

They came a week ago. They have just started. They come for about 6 visits per year. They do fertilization and weed control and take care of the lawn. I have had a positive experience using them. They put down weed and feed one day, I didn't know that I had to keep my dogs off the lawn for two hours. So, I was upset about that as the dogs went out onto the lawn. I have to admit I was upset about that. Though, now they are very careful after I talked to them about it. They are very professional and know what they are doing. They are very good.
