Description of Work: I needed to have 14 windows caulked that had gaps in the aluminum trim. He suggested a special caulk for this problem. He came and performed the job quickly and also fixed two other minor problems while he was here. The original contractor that installed the windows did not really want to come back and gave me a quote of $450 for the same job.

+ 0 moreHe had previously given me an estimate, when I used his hauling service, which he also did a good job on. He was flexible in arriving at the time of day that I wanted him to come. He arrived on time, completed the task as previously described in a timely manor. I was happy to find someone who would be willing to perform a small task at a reasonable rate, which I could no longer do myself.
Description of Work: I needed someone to perform a maintenance task on my roof which I did myself until recently. I asked him to apply a coat of tar around my 2 chimneys. I gave him the materials for the job, he had the ladder, and he performed the job as I had requested.
