What a relief to deal with a company you know you can rely on. I remember in mid January 2010 my 88 year old grandmother called to say her furnace was not working . . .I called the Frontier weekend line and left a message. I immediately got a call within the hour saying someone was on it.

Over the last approximately 10 - 12 + years, Tom, (and his crews), have done numerous jobs for me. This includes: several new furnace installations, (4 in one house alone), furnace repairs, furnishing and installing several hot water heaters, and all the re-plumbing, and the wiring to go with them, completely moving and re-locating, (new duct work, and re-plumbing), an entire set of 4 furnaces and hot water tanks in one apartment house. He has also plumbed an entire apartment for me, (while they were there installing a new furnace), as I didn't have time to do it. While none of us are perfect by any means, I can honestly say, they are 100% reliable, very good at what they do, and very nice to deal with. (Some people are just miserable to deal with), and this is not the case here.

Frontier was professional, friendly and competent. After they installed the furnace and AC they followed up to make sure it was all I needed, they returned in the Spring to inspect the AC. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

Good. Have always had excellent service from Frontier. The addition of a full time receptionist is a great benefit to the company. The service workers that came our to work were professional and friendly.

I called Frontier to replace my 14 year old water heater that had developed a small leak and I decided to replace the also 14 year old Heil furnace. These units were installed by Frontier in 2001 and gave us great service. I never had an issue with the furnace but decided to go ahead and replace it. We had a Rheem prestige series 96% efficient furnace installed along with the power vent water heater. We just recently turned on the heat and so far are very pleased with this unit. It is extremely quiet as compared to the old Heil. Only time will tell how durable and reliable it will be but I have to say the guys at Frontier, once again did a great job with the installation. They were very neat and professional. I have heard it said by many that it is not so much the brand of furnace you buy but rather the quality of the installation that will determine how a furnace performs. That is why we went back to Frontier. They did a fine job at a very reasonable price. Rex and Tom are great to deal with and I would suggest to anyone out here in the Orleans County area of Western NY to deal with the guys at Frontier. You will no doubt be satisfied.

It's just not a routine service call I should comment about, that was outstanding as usual. I have done business with this company for a lot of years now. Their installation service of furnaces and water heaters and air conditioning and generators was above and beyond. Tom is always very fair and does a great job.
