TERRIBLE CLEANING SERVICE!!! They refuse to clean anything above their height because it’s an insurance risk. Wouldn’t even grab an extended pole to wipe things down. Absolutely ridiculous and the cleaning was not good to begin with. Would NOT recommend!!!

Hired and completed within a couple of days. Flexible with time, friendly and polite throughout process. She walked through and explained process, asking if there was anything specific I needed done to home. Cleaning was extremely thorough, yet timely and she asked me to check over everything before she left to make sure I was satisfied. I was extremely impressed with her professionalism and will definitely use her in the future!

I called and messaged this cleaning service several times over the summer and they never bothered to respond. It shouldn't have to take writing a bad review on Angie's List to try and get professionals to respond (if that will even happen). Even if it's to inform the inquiring customer that they're booked to capacity. I have since found another cleaning service (also through Angie's List) that will be getting all my current and future business.

I first contacted Yani on a Monday or Tuesday and she and her mother came on Thursday to meet with me and my husband to go through what we wanted and what they do. This was our first experience with cleaning help. They came the next day to perform the work we requested. Yani could not have been more professional, communicative or helpful. The minute I walked into our garage (which we didn't ask be cleaned), the aroma was amazing. The oven, refrigerator, windows, microwave, window sills, sun room, EVERYTHING looked amazing. This was a trial; we've asked that she help us regularly going forward. I highly recommend this company.

We are very pleased with the thorough housecleaning services provided by Yani and her staff. In fact, we have engaged them for a second cleaning. Unlike many service providers she responded to our initial contact promptly and professionally. She continued to communicate with us reminding us of the date and time of the appointment. They arrived promptly as a staff of five. Our home is approximately 4000 sq ft including a finished basement. Her services and cost were stated upfront and were as described. Her price was more than fair for the quality and thoroughly of services. They were easy to have in our home and careful as they made their way through the various rooms. They were here for 3 hours. Upon completion, Yani was very concerned we were satisfied with her services. I highly recommend the services of this small family owned business. The work ethic, price and service rendered were exemplary. Give her a try. I’m sure you will not be disappointed

Yani and her team did an excellent job. The house was meticulously cleaned (it was my first clean) and smelled fresh I got home. They were professional, punctual and knew exactly what to do. I plan to hire them for regular service.

The ladies did an amazing job. It was a big initial deep cleaning job and they did the blinds, the oven and general cleaning and dusting including vacuuming the back porch. They offered to change the linens as well. They are very professional and lovely ladies, and we set up a bi weekly cleaning schedule with them. We feel very happy to have found them!

Great! They cleaned 1400 sq ft plus vacuuming the basement in 2 hours. Floors were vacuumed and mopped, corners and trim dusted/vacuumed. They did a thorough cleaning of the kitchen and bathroom. Cabinets were vacuumed and/or wiped down and they washed the outsides and counters.

Very responsive and able to work around our schedule. Work was well done and thorough. I would hire them again. The only downside was that they were about 20 minutes late and I was late to work as a result.

Yani and her crew did a great job on my house. Much better than others I’ve hired in the past. Price was reasonable, and they also stayed a half an hour longer to finish up without expecting more money which was above and beyond the call of duty. I’d recommend them without hesitation.

Great job! They were able to very responsive and went out of their way to accommodate my needs and were flexible. The special care to line up my boys stuffed animals on their made up beds made my boys so happy!
