It was a pleasure working with Scott. Communication was fantastic and he got out for a quote right away (if I remember correctly, the very same day). He was very knowledgable and made us feel confident with our decision to work with him throughout the process. He included some repairs that other quotes didn't even mention and definitely had the reasoning to back them up. He was very reasonably priced as well. We hope to never have this issue again, but if we do, he's the guy we'll go back to!

Scott examined the attic and confirmed that the was a small patch (less than 10 square feet) of mold. Th area was treated fully so that the buyer's inspector was satisfied.

Scott and his associate came in and did the job over two days. They were thorough and completely cleaned up each day. We highly recommend them!

Scott Renzi is a professional from start to finish. Prompt reply to my initial call for an estimate. He gave careful consideration to the project and made suggestions for proper remediation. Adjusted the project needs as appropriate and reduced costs to me by doing so. Came promptly when he said he would and worked diligently to complete the project. He came when he said he would. Agreed that if it was under sink. Recommended we cut out bottom piece of chip board that was severely warped from earlier exposure to water. We decided to wait until after holiday’s and he drilled two holes through the board to access between cabinet and floor. He sprayed a non toxic enzyme that combats the mold. Mold odor disappeared within a few days and was completely gone in a week. I will have him back to complete work.

Scott Renzi was outstanding from start to finish. We had 3 estimates and he was the only one who diagnosed that the soffits were blocked and submitted a plan to correct it. When the work was to be completed, we were faced with extreme heat and Scott was flexible in getting the work done without sacrificing safety. His remediation work easily passed inspection. After discovering the problem, Scott came by to take a look at the attic. He informed me that NYS requires a mold assessor for a job of my size. After getting the assessment I contacted several companies. In the end I went with Wise Home Solutions. The price was reasonable, but more importantly, I felt most confident with Scott's ability to do the job properly. He came by when scheduled and did a great job in eliminating the mold, and properly vented the fan.

He did an outstanding job and was extremely professional and pleasant to work with. An excellent job at a good price. I would highly recommend this company!

It went very well. Scott answered all of my questions, was easy to contact, and very quick to respond to emails. The work was done quickly and he and his crew were very neat. I have very light carpeting and they were great about taking off their shoes or putting covers over them to walk across the carpet. I would definitely recommend this company.

Wise Solutions (Scott) came to our house within a day of our providing them with the mold inspection report and a giving us a proposal the next day. We selected Scott to do the work because of his professionalism and his was the low cost quote. Within a week the work was done. Scott was very professional, always came on the dates and times established and the follow-up inspection confirmed that the mold had been re mediated. In addition, because the work required was somewhat less than proposed Scott reduced the price we had to pay. I highly recommend Wise Solutions

They were very thorough. They went along the inside perimeter of the basement looking for mold. He was very professional.

The New York state requires that you have one contractor do the assessment and another contractor to do the work. The worker was respectful.

Scott was very responsive, and completed the job efficiently and professionally. He was very nice; he explained everything and gave tips on how to help maintain the warranty and not allow moisture to build up in the attic space again. The price was very reasonable, especially compared to other companies who were going to charge way more for the same job. I could tell that Scott and the company were not out to get as much money as possible, and charged a very reasonable price for quick and thorough work. Scott did not suggest add-on things that were not needed, and suggestions for improving air flow in the attic were not pushed to be done by Wise Home Solutions or a subcontractor they have come in. I would definitely hire them again as Scott was extremely responsive, reliable, professional, & thorough in completing the job.

We are so happy we hired Scott to treat the mold in our attic and an unfinished section of our basement. He was extremely knowledgable, professional, friendly and honest, and was very tidy! He also gave us lots of sound advice on how to reduce moisture in our home. We also really appreciated his honesty in determining what work should be done - no salesman pitches! I am so grateful we found Scott on Angies list, and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Scott and assistant showed up as scheduled and on time. They were at our house , a little more than half a day. Our basement is about 20 years old and is always damp. Scott also suggested other options to keep the cellar dry after the mold was eliminated. I found Scott helpful and professional. Would recommend his service highly.

Had Scott here a few weeks ago for air quality tests. He returned today to treat basement for mold. Came prepared even though there was a snow storm. He is a very nice guy, knows his stuff, explains everything, would use again!

Certified Mold Solutions is responsive, knowledgeable and did not try to oversell. I would absolutely consider using them.

Scott Rienzi does wonderful work! Very professional and explained everything that needed to be done and we needed to do beforehand. His contract had everything detailed perfectly. Answered all our questions and I had plenty! : ) Did a great job on our garage. All mold gone, part of ceiling replaced, metal flashing installed to stop rain water from seeping between our two garages. Arrived just when he said he would. Price was right, too! Scott came out to my place to test for mold due to some odors. He identified one small spot of mold growth and provided instruction on how to remove it. He also performed air sampling tests to determine if an indoor mold growth problem existed. The tests came back negative, and he promptly provided the results and explained them to me. He made a conscious effort not to charge me more than necessary or provide unnecessary services.
