Scott came to our house and inspected the basement for us. We have an old house (1850's) with an unfinished basement that is dark and can be moist. He inspected the condition of the joists and the walls. He said that we shouldn't be concerned and gave us helpful advise on how to keep the basement dry and prevent mold problems in the future based on our basement's specific conditions. His visit and his advise was no charge. Given this experience, we would certainly use him if we have problems in the futrure.

Scott, gave us an estimate after seeing the mold in the attic. He removed the mold and applied a preventive chemical to prevent it from reoccurring. He also, gave us advice on how to keep it from occurring again.

started the whole project under the advice of a professional home inspector. Earlier in the year I placed an attic fan and re-insulated to improve environment. Once this was done, went ahead with remediation. Certified Mold was involved with the last phase. I would use this provider again, but hopefully that would not be necessary.

He was nice enough but the utility of the mold identification tests was never explained so, given the cost,we felt taken and went elsewhere.

I was extremely pleased. Scott listened to all my concerns before he decided what would be the best approach to use. He gave me different cost options on the tests and approaches. The report was available via email to me within a few days the following week and Scott called and said if I had any questions or concerns after reading the report to give him a call. I have peace of mind that I don't have any air quality issues relative to mold in my home and I have a few 'to do ' items that I need to follow-up on to improve things for the future.

The guy who came was really very good. He is a licensed architect which is one of the reasons why we were interested in the first place. He did give us a series of things that we could do. It wasn?t like one big huge project, but it was lot of small things to do. We did some of the simple things that he had suggested. If the mold appears again, then we will try the difficult things that he had told us. He gave us a written report too. The price was appropriate. The guy knew what he was doing and he spent a lot of time with us.

Owner quick estimate and performed quality testing with appropriate equipment and provided necessary remediation of the problem with two weeks of being hired. He was prompt and responded professionally to my questions. I would definitely hire him again.
