Description of Work: new gas furnace and new air conditioning unit installed |installation was done the easiest way for them, not installed the best way |for the customer-in other words hurry up and get this job done |then I had to spend an additional $2,000 to correct what they did wrong

Description of Work: WK Clough & Son recently performed the annual check of the heating system and stand-by generator. Their office staff and technicians are courteous, professional, thorough and knowledgeable. They are customer-conscious: providing a verbal assessment of the system status; offering maintenance advice; and answering all questions. They take time to listen to concerns and offer reasonable solutions. They never "oversell" -- push unnecessary products or service calls. We have used their products and services for over 40 years and recommend them highly.

+ -1 moreGood job with kitchen faucet, partial adequate stop-gap with toilet tank, stated difficult to control due to age of tank, needed special part; did not replace BR sink trap. Again said had to order part. I paid reasonable bill for completed work, plumber John did not return. Receptionist very pleasant, said first time I called she would relay message. Said the same thing second time I called. That was 2 months ago. Also address is wrong on Angies List. Business is in Schenectady NY. Does not deserve the rating I utilized to hire them in my experience.
Description of Work: Routine household plumbing:replace kitchen sink set and sprayer, commode tank stopper replace, bath sink drain trap corroded.
