+ 0 moreVerizon are alright but they really need to run fiber in to the area we live. Right now they don't want to keep investing money in to the old copper service pipe. There are people who have problems with their landline service to the point where Verizon can't - or don't want to - repair the cables. My wife has dealt with Customer Services.
Description of Work: Verizon provide my landline and internet services. This is the monthly charge.

+ -1 moreWe get all our services from different providers. Bundling doesn’t work for us. We found what we like best, and that’s what we stick with. One of the main reasons we stay with Verizon is that we get good reception everywhere. We’ve never had any problems, even when we visited a friend in Vermont, even though it’s all hilly up there. I’m happy with the connectivity I get with the service. Their price is too high. I know they offer many services and our granddaughter uses unlimited texting. We don’t use all the services that come with it, but we just bite the bullet and pay for it all. My husband calls it a two year indentured servitude!
Description of Work: We use Verizon for our cellphone service.
