They always advertise in the magazines. They did a great job for us. It was about $1000. They did an excellent job. They did a better job than we had expected. We had expected a competent job, but they did a very good job. The other really nice thing that they did was that they cleaned up completely. They took everything out like all the old stuff, but they didn’t leave any residue at all. We were really impressed because of that. They also did the whole thing in a day, which was perfect. They have a real system set up to do it. It was very well done. The windows have held up very well over time. They worked well.

They pulled a no show and a no call. When we called the office they made no apologies and stated the sales person leaves from his home and they have no idea where he is. They also said he would check our home from the outside and send an estimate. We never heard from Vanguard again. We took time off from work for this treatment.

Brian gave us a firm estimate and worked around my schedule and bad weather to get the job done. He was polite and competent. The job was completed as agreed, on time and within the estimate. He cleaned up after himself and we are very happy with the results.
