+ -1 moreTony did a great job resealing my bathroom shower with silicone, to prevent water leak to the ceiling downstairs. He patched up the ceiling removing the water stained part. He was very punctual in his appointments and skilled in the repair. He also helped me fix a broken drywall without adding to the bill which I really appreciated! I would highly recommend Tony to my friends!

The project itself turned out beautifully, with the tile work being especially outstanding, and he went above and beyond to make the process as quick and easy for us as possible. He was a great communicator and this project was actually completed a bit ahead of schedule. He was a good communicator from the day we spoke about getting an estimate right up through the end of the job. Tony finished days ahead of schedule and right on budget. He supplied a detailed quote for my homeowners' insurance, which expedited the settlement. Everything looked great and the work required about a day. Tony is a honest, hardworking guy and I would absolutely hire him again.

+ -1 moreWhen I called about getting an estimate for repair of my water damaged floor Tony came the next day and gave me an estimate on the spot. He told me where I could pick out material (tile) and he took it from there. On the day and half day of installation he was prompt, worked quickly and cleaned up the work area before he left. (He even fixed my door that was sticking in the process). Tony was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about various aspects of home maintenance and repair. I will use him again and have already talked to him about other projects.
Description of Work: I had water damage to my upstairs bathroom and Tony replaced the floor. He also had to repair the existing subfloor from the water damage and put a new 1/2 inch subfloor over the existing floor. (He also re-grouted my tub)

+ -1 moreAs usual, Tony was punctual, if not early, and has always been reliable for all the jobs he has done for us. He also cleaned up after doing the job and put everything back where it belonged. Tony is pleasant, trustworthy, and very knowledgeable and I highly recommend him.
Description of Work: He came to replace a few cracked tiles in our bathroom but discovered when he removed them that the floor beneath was rotted from leaking water. The great thing about Tony is that he has such a huge skill set that he can repair almost anything he encounters. He ran to Home Depot to get the wood he needed and built a floor on the same day. He has a truck filled with a vast array of equipment so that he can do the work necessary without traveling back and forth to get the things he needs. Tony came back the next day with tiles that he picked up for me and set them in the floor and then came back to grout the day after that. He also noticed that my door in the garage was missing some hardware and he searched in his truck and found what was needed and fixed my door on his own. He is amazing.

Removal of old toilet and ancient galvanized pipes caused an extra day in the schedule in order to replace with PVC piping but so worth the extra day. Great job on the tile flooring and about 4" up from floor against the wall which replaced the previous ugly gray rubber office type border. He installed the vanity and marble double sink top, faucets and mirrors purchased from Lowe's. This old style bathroom is 3 separate areas...toilet area, bathtub/shower and the main area so it was a real need to have the flooring be one complete floor and it finally is. Mr. Nash arrives on time and works through the day.
Description of Work: Upstairs full bath needed removal of old floorings, vanity and wall-mount toilet...installation of new ceramic floor tiling, new floor-mount toilet, new vanity and mirrors.

+ -1 moreMr. Nash gave me an estimate and arrived a little early on appointment day. (Something you don't see often.:) He had to lower a 14' counter top by 3" that was installed by someone else. Counter top was too high to sit at in order to construct my paper crafts. He also discovered that the previous installers had taken off the moulding at the bottom of the windows where the counter top is located. He offered to fix that as well. His work time was within what he had estimated. He was neat and job was well done.
Description of Work: Mr. Nash needed to lower a 14' heavy reinforced counter top in my craft room. Original installers had installed too high.
