They did very good I just wish they had cleaned my front window on my door but other than that everything looks good

They do an outstanding job. They work with their customers beautifully well. They are very good. I have never had a bad experience with them. They have excellent customer service. I sue them frequently and have been using them for some years now. I am thoroughly pleased with them.

Four women came. I went around the apt. with the one in charge and explain what I needed done. The apt was empty except for furniture and kitchen appliances. I wanted all the pots and appliances washed because the students left grease and dirt everywhere. I'm told that they don't do dishes, they can't use bleach or any strong cleaners.No brillo pads etc.They basically sprayed this white fluid on and wiped with a soft cloth. This was satisfactory for a desktop or window, but anything stuck on was left behind. They would wipe the top of the tables, but I found dirt and stuck stuff on the sides and legs. The kitchen and dining chairs were the same, lots of dirt and sticky stuff left on. The same for the showers , the stovetop, refrigerator etc, etc. They were fluff and puff, no real cleaning was done. They wanted 650.00 for 3.5 hours at 170.00 an hour, but I was quoted 120.00 when I contracted the service.They left for a half hour lunch, but were gone 1 hour. They were going to charge me that extra half hour they took. I challenged this price and spoke to a manager on the phone. I ultimately paid 120.00 for 3 hours totaling 350.00 with tax. I then spent the next 8 hours cleaning all the grease and dirt they left behind. I will be looking for a good cleaning service next year.

When they got through with this special extended cleaning of my home that required more time than my usual cleaning, they requested that I walk through and inspect my entire home as they do for their regular routine cleanings. I was extremely impressed with the outcome of their work. My entire home was sparkling clean and I was delighted with the results. Over the years, I have found THE MAIDS a pleasure to work with.

Very responsive to my first call, professional, on time, work completed thoroughly, was planning our wedding and therefore they saved me about 5 hours of time by their cleaning instead of me, would call them again. Glad that a supervisor also attended and helped in the cleanup.

The last time they came, they were late, and I was disappointed with them because they couldn't do everything I wanted them to do because we were having a dinner party that night. I did call last minute, and they did slip us in, so they didn't get everything I wanted done, done. Before that I had had them a couple of times and they would be on time, and they would come and just work, and get it all done very quickly and I was very satisfied with their work.

They are prompt and efficient. They do exactly what I tell them and pay attention to detail. They come with all of their equipment so I don't have to supply a thing.

They did a great job. I had several companies and individuals cleaning for me in the past in this area. I was so devastated that none of them could present a satisfactory result until someone recommended the Maids for me. I have been very happy since. The Maids always come on time, with 4 people working very efficiently and being very courteous to the customer. Once one of the staffs accidentally burned two light bulbs on my dinning room chandelier when she was trying to wipe it, while it's hot, with her microfiber cloth. She immediately acknowledge me of this and record the whole incident. A week later, they brought me a whole box of the replacement bulbs. Unlike the other company who broke one of my lamp and caused damage to one of my pocket doors but completely deny it, the Maids has shown their professionalism in taking care of their customers. I will continue use them and will recommend them to anyone needs a decent house cleaning job.

It was a great experience from the initial phone call through the actual cleaning. It could not have gone better

I would never use them again, they were bad and I have never had them again. My house was burglarized after they were here and I am not sure if they had anything to do with it.

They send a team of 4-5 people in. They are very fast, very efficient, they know exactly what they are doing and they have terrific teamwork. For my apartment, they are in and out in about 15 minutes. They are very thorough, they show up at a timely manner and they are one of the largest cleaning services we have here in Albany. By consulting with some people I found out how everyone liked the service that they provided, so I elected to go with them. They haven’t broken anything in my house either, that’s a good thing to know about.

They are very good if you are here and sometimes they skimp a little if you are not. You can always call up ahead of time and talk to the office manager and they will do a good job. Every once and a while you need to call up and tell them to do a better job.

They were fine. I had no complaints. It was a little pricey and it is not something I would do all the time. The house was empty so there was a minimal amount of furniture. There may be other companies that would do it for less money but I don't know. They did a good job. There were 4 girls that went through the house in a little over an hour which was good because they weren't here all day. I would call them again.

They did a good job and were very professional. I don't need the housecleaning now, but if do again I'll call them.

I used them once and they did a nice job. I was happy with their services. If I need housecleaing in the future, I might consider hiring them again.

They are on time and fast. They are in and out of my house in about 25 minutes. I am very satisfied with their service. They use professional products.

From my experience with them; they arrive on time, however the cleaning is hit or miss, they bathrooms and kitchens are done well, however the rest of the house is hit or miss. I also found some the employees that weren't physically fit to perform the cleaning tasks. The biggest problem that I with the company is the personnel.

Their price varies each time because I have different plans like adding a room or subtracting a room. When they do the window cleaning, they charge us less for that. The quality of their work is good.

We used The Maids over several months, expecting that they would improve over time, with feedback. The workers are friendly enough and usually arrive on time or a bit ahead of time (they call ahead if there is any change in plan, which is good). They do basic dusting and cleaning. Basic, but not thorough. They are not fond of moving anything around to dust or vacuum under it (& I'm not talking about furniture here, but things like knick knacks). Often, there are areas that are ignored for weeks at a time. Very inconsistent. On the whole they don't scrub anything... they wipe. Over time dirt builds up on kitchen & bathroom floors, etceteras. If something obviously needs cleaning and it is not on their list, it will not be touched. For instance, the fronts of cabinets, fingerprints on wooden doors, dust on lampshades, cobwebs on walls. They WILL come back to clean spots that have not been addressed appropriately if it is on their list and you call. Unfortunately, you'd have to call them almost every week and inconveniently be available for them when they can show up. They are often rough with furniture (crash, bang!) and have broken a few small items which it is your job to replace -- and they will repay you. They pay attention to small things (they fold the end of your toilet paper roll) but really aren't focused on thorough cleaning. On the whole, they are disappointing as weekly cleaners. They MAY be better at one-shot cleaning jobs... I can't report on that. It's a tough job, and I'm sure that it's not a fun one. However, customers are paying the owners of this business a lot of money, and we certainly expected a higher level of service for it.

The first visit they failed to perform a few of the promised tasks (dusting, cleaning stove drip pans, vacuuming). They returned the following day, completed all except the vacuuming of one room, which the leader claimed they would not do until an electrical cord was disconnected to the computer. They will not enter any room that they could potentially damage an item. She promised (next visit) she would vacuum the room. 2nd visit --a disaster. Once again, stove drip pans not cleaned. They banged furniture around, left chairs pulled out and away from table, tablecloth in disarray, no vacuuming at all because vacuum did not work. Did not clean around the sink, furniture, pictures not dusted, bathroom not so clean. Knocked over my fireplace poker ... left it laying in the middle of the floor; chipped frame to painting they bumped ... it fell. They mopped hardwood floors without asking. I could not wait to get them out of my house. I declined to have them return.

WE ARE TWO PEOPLE LIVING ALONE WITH NO KIDS, SO IT'S NOT A REALLY BIG JOB. THEY DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL DO, WE HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM AND WE HAVE HAD THEM FOR MORE THAN FIVE YEARS.
