I was pleased with their work. They were very clean about taking off the old roof. They picked up stuff. They had a magnet that went through the grass, should there be any nails. They did a very good clean-up. They were in. It took them all day, but they got it done. So far, I'm happy. The roof isn't leaking.

I have just had excellent gutter work done on my house by Tech Valley Builders. Since purchasing the house I have been having problems with the water and three people and companies have tried unsuccessfully to fix it. Larry came and analyzed the situation. He and his crew came very quickly since a lot of rain was forecast. He installed new larger gutters and specifically fixed the drainage situation so that the water is now away from the house. An added benefit is that my sump pump which ran constantly now runs very very little. In addition he reset the pump as no one else has been able to do. They put up gutter guards as well and the whole job is of the highest quality and I am overjoyed to have this company available when I need anything else. The company does other kinds of work on houses as well and I will trust them to do anything I need here. They are reasonably priced especially when you consider the high quality of their work and that when Larry and his crew fix things it is right the first time!

Larry Powers, owner was very personable, punctual and helpful with details and anticipating job flow. work crew were very skilled and respectful and very neat. Time frame of job was reasonable, 2 weeks and flowed beautifully. Larry also coordinated with other vendors for appliances and granite and prices were very reasonable.

I was very pleased with that. Larry Powers is the owner, and he did a fabulous job. He was very professional, and he did a wonderful job. I have a roof that is flat, and it has a slight pitch, and he had to put on a modified roof. We had to take the shingles off, which he had his people come out and do it. They were very professional, very neat, the clean up was done, and it was all done in one day. I was very pleased. His price was very good for what he had to do. They were here in seconds. I plan on using them in the future. This man just came in my driveway after half hour of me looking him up on the internet, and I went with him, and he was very happy.

Larry came to our house and explained exactly what needed to be done and how they would go about doing the job......his price was very reasonable, and he came recommended by someone we knew......His workers arrived on time, on the day that was scheduled.....Old roofing was removed and plywood was replaced where it was necessary......new boards were installed, topped with necessary sheeting, and selected roofing shingles were installed.....Total job was done in approximately 3 days. Workers did a thorough job of cleaning up and worked in a professional, courteous, timely fashion........Several days following completion of the job, we had very high winds and rain.....several shingles came loose and I called to have someone return to repair/replace them. Larry came back and replaced the damaged shingles and said to call him again if anything needed to be done........I felt confident that the job was done properly and was completely happy with the outcome........definitely would recommend this company to others........

Overall, we are completely satisfied and pleased with the job done by Tech Valley. The owner, and all of his workers, were polite, courteous and conscientious. When we were told the owner would call,, he called. The job included gutters along the front of the house, and this was done by a sub-contractor, with whom we were also satisfied....the gutters were installed Friday evening, actually in the dark with outside lighting assisting, so they really worked at a disadvantage, but nevertheless the job was done well. Workers were very careful about cleaning up any nails from the driveway and yard, as well as all roofing debris.....As for the price we paid, we had several other estimates, a couple lower, and one by a very prominent outfit for twice as much; we had an approximate price in mind and the one Tech Valley gave us fell in that range........the "review" on Angie's list was also helpful in our decision-making. We are considering adding a porch on the front of our home, and will consider this company for that work in the future.....

I am very happy with the work that they did. They checked the skylights to make sure they were OK. They also did a few other houses in the neighborhood and they all look great. They really care about the work that they do and I am very pleased with the outcome. I got five different estimates and he came within a hundred dollars of them all, so his price was really competitive. We have referred them to several people because they did such a good job.
