Tech East Construction

I can’t say enough about how amazing this company is. I had a very small attic fire that caused little damage to a bathroom and required repairs in the attic. Even though we were only mildly inconvenienced by the damage, they didn’t treat us any differently than if our whole house was unlivable. Don, Justin, Jamie and countless others were so respectful, kind and fun to work with. They continually went above and beyond the call of duty to make things easier on us (I’m talking things like taking my garbage out and entertaining my dogs!). They kept me informed of everything they were doing and worked around my schedule. At the end they ended up charging less than they had to even after upgrading our floor from vinyl to tile at no cost to us. I HIGHLY recommend using Tech East for whatever you need.

My neighbor's house caught fire back in December of 2017. Tech East was hired for the restoration. They'd show up, do a little work, then disappear for a month. They'd show up, do a little work, then disappear for a month. Repeat. It's now August, and my neighbor's house is still uninhabitable. He fired Tech East and had to hire somebody else to finish the job. I wouldn't hire Tech East to build a dog house for me.

They came through with the quote. I called a few times because they were busy and he came out very promptly and he came through with the quote and they sent me a very detailed form. My neighbor used them and recommended them that's why I used them so I'm hoping the do a good job.
