Tacuri Brothers Contracting

It was a very poor experience. The man that came out was unprepared. He didn't have an estimate invoice to give us, he said that he was out of them. The estimate was semi-lazy. They came with measurements of our roof based on a picture of our house from Google Maps and didn't even go up on our roof to look at it and measure it first-hand. Thankfully, we got another estimate from a different company, because when the other company went up on the roof, they told us that the damage to the roof was from wind damage and that it was covered under our homeowner's insurance, so now we are going through that avenue Tacuri Brothers Contracting just wanted to get the measurements and didn't have any kind of material to leave us with. The other company gave us a packet to review with the different kinds of shingles they offer, etc. All this company had was a worn brochure that the estimator used himself and didn't leave us with anything to go over. Then they wanted money to sign the contract, and a few days before the scheduled job they wanted 50% up front so they could get the materials and then the other 50% upon completion. Just wasn't a great experience.
