Only the siding was done to any degree of professionalism or craft at all. When the carpenter showed up to do the door, I'm fairly sure he was drunk, and he did such poor work that he had to be sent back twice more just to repair the damage he did in the first place. The roof over my bay window is still not finished 4 months after the work began, and the siding around where the roof is meant to go is not there, which means my house is literally open to the elements in Upstate New York, in JANUARY! The office pulled the time honored con of "I need you to sign off on this so I can pay my workers" and they are now blocking my calls and diverting me to a full mailbox, so at this point the only option left open to me is going to involve a lawyer. I honestly feel that if I could have just dealt with the work crew who did the siding, it would have been a 5 star experience. However the business office has made this entire experience somewhat of a regret.
Description of Work: Composite siding installed on a vintage house, 1 exterior door installed, 1 metal roof installed over a bay window.

Not so well. When the work was complete I thought, the salesman informed me that they had not done the solar room and wanted another 6,240.00 to do it. I said that I had paid him to do the house and the solar room is part of the house. He then informed us that he would send us 1,000.00 back for their mistake, which we never got. Then the solar room started to leak and we could not get anyone to come over to fix it. After numerous phone calls (which they never answered)and visits to their office we put their sign with a big red X through it by the road and sent them a picture of it. That was the only way we were able to get someone out here to fix it. This company posed as being a Vet run company and since I had just lost my husband who was a Vet I thought they would be a great company to do business with. Not so!! Their salesman handed me a big line and never backed it up. Scammed me with not doing the solar room and charged me extra to do it on top of the money I already paid them. Try and get them to honer their contact is almost impossible! They even left old roofing in the yard and then when we called them and told them about it we were told to take it to our dump ourselves.
Description of Work: Needed a new roof put on the house
