REPTILE CERAMIC INSTALLATIONS

I called to get a quote for removing old, mildew-stained grout from my shower walls & floor. When Victor called back, it was to tell me that it's usually not worth the money to remove and replace old grout in such a situation. It's a huge, fiddly, time-consuming job and mildew could just grow back in a few years anyway. He spend all the time I needed on the phone, educating me and discussing the pros & cons of various options. He took time out from his day to aid me with valuable information and just as valuable advice, preferring to give up his time for free rather than to have me, a stranger who was fully prepared to hire him, spend my money unwisely. He is a highly knowledgable and considerate professional with A+ integrity and if I am ever in need of other professional services along these lines (pardon the pun), I would hire REPTILE CERAMIC INSTALLATIONS (great name, BTW) in two seconds!

Job went very well. Victor took his time and did an outstanding job. Complete 100% improvement over the previous tiles.

The repair went great. Victor communicated well with me, arrived as promised, and worked efficiently to get the job done. It was a smaller repair job, but exactly what I was looking for to extend the life of the shower. I"ll certainly be contacting Victor for future work.

Victor is a tiler extraordinaire. In doing the job for us, he not only alleviated the problem we had with a water-damaged wall behind the old tile, but also created a fantastic look, giving new life to our bathroom. Victor used inexpensive field tile with expertly chosen designer tile to create a look that was fully integrated. He blended colors, used the smaller tiles for accent, and meticulously followed through on the job, explaining things as he went and enlisting us in the process. He completed the job well within the window of time promised, is pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. His work is more of the artisan or craftsperson as well as the skilled technician, more in the boutique tradition, although he brings an excellent technique to the table, too. You can tell he's got a long and strong background of experience in many homes, including high end ones - without the high end prices. In short, we are delighted with Victor's expertise and with this job. He also honored doing the job within our budgetary constraints. Since we have more remodeling needs, we can't wait to see what he does in the other bathroom, as well. We would highly recommend Victor and his work without reservation to anyone looking for a professional with a creative, artistic eye and an exacting approach for their remodeling jobs.

Finding someone to do a small job is difficult. Victor was happy to do it, and was clear that he would fit it into his normal jobs. He was straight forward and accurate as to when he could do the work. He showed up on time, did the work in slightly less time than his estimate. The threshold was a request after he arrived, which he did without any problems. The results of his work is excellent. He was careful about how he proceeded, making sure he fixed issues with the underlayment and plywood. The final work is neatly done. He cleaned up well after the job. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Since it was a complicated project, Victor did not rush. He did have a prior commitment during the project, but we knew that before starting, and when he returned he got right back to work.

Victor was contacted and from the moment he walked into the room to be tiled, we knew he was a professional. He was on time, asked appropriate questions and returned a quote the next day. He was also on time with his work start date and completed the project within the time frame promised. He was meticulous about his work and offered his expertise with advice and opinions that we had not considered. The room looks terrific!
