+ -1 moreGREAT!! I was not yet a customer, but they were recommended to me by a Capital District Association of Rental Property Owners when my electrician cancelled on me twice. I was told that they had an electrician in my area and if he could fit me in they would call me back. About 15 minutes later I received a call that they could fit me in later that afternoon. Right on time I received a call from the electrician that he was on his way. The job was done in timely manner, he took time to explain what was going to be done and how. I was VERY satisfied with the job.
Description of Work: Needed 3 GFI's put in.

+ -1 moreCould not have gone better. Once I confirmed new tank was needed provider had it purchased, delivered and installed same day. I work from home, no interruptions/issues with my work day. Provider removed old tank, installed new, tested/ensured it was working properly. made sure I understood operation, had paperwork and cleaned up work site.
Description of Work: water heater stopped working Sunday. Provider sent tech over who did what he could but told me if leak continued it would need to be replaced. Leak did so Monday called and within half hour was told new tank would be delivered/installed. Provider arrived and before noon and had it all done by 2.

+ -1 moreTech arrived day one, realized due to weather we would need to come back to properly fix the outside unit. Office kept in touch with me and too my schedule into account. Came back today, resolved the issue and tested it thoroughly to make sure.
Description of Work: AC unit they installed couple of years ago stopped working. Manuf. code meant service visit. Since unit provided by cooling and heat to home office it was important to be fixed quickly. They were extremely responsive and worked hard to resolve the issue.

+ -1 moreI love them. There was a requirement; the city had a requirement that you had to have an outside outlet. It was really hard to find somebody who was interested in working with the plumber who was going to do the air conditioning. They were just absolutely terrific and the plumber liked working with them so much. Their price was very reasonable, because I had got other estimates. Regarding punctuality, they were wonderful.
Description of Work: R J Kenific Inc. installed air conditioning for me.

+ -1 moreWork went very well. They arrived on time, very friendly, took care of all the work quietly (I work from home), despite the heat the team took their time to make sure it was all done correctly.
Description of Work: A friend suggested this company when I first bought my house and needed some electrical work done. I was so impressed with the responsivness, quality of work, that I went straight to them when I needed addiitonal work including having a mini split a/c unit installed. The team took care of all the work keeping up great spirits despite the heat or the amount of work involved. Rick and his team always returns calls, very friendly, they will provide honest answers (as oppose to what you want to hear) and deliver qualtiy work every time. If you need electrical, heating or cooling work this the place to go.
