Mike came before scheduled arrival time after first calling to advise me he would be early. Gave me three options . after we decided on one he started immediately. very professional, excellent work ! They will be the first ones I call if I ever need garage door work done in the future. I would recommend them to anyone who needs garage door repair.

Repair was done to garage door. I hired another company to completely redo the project with a new door at the same price as the repair had cost. I was quoted a price to replace the garage door by Precision for $600 more than I paid a better company.

Had a slight problem with installer, but Sharod, one of the owners, came and straightened everything out. Door looks and works great!

Absolute rip-off! The garage door is 8 years old and has been open probably 30 times a year to get to the lawn mower. I was quoted over a grand to fix the cable that had popped off. THE DOOR ITSELF COST LESS THAN 1/2 THAT!. I was told this part and that part are sure to fail in the coming short while and it would make sense to replace everything. Back in 2014, I had a man just hook up the cable since my son and I had put the new door together. Did not want to mess with the cable. The local guy cost me $147 to do the work. I could not find his name or number so had to do a Albany search and only option was Precision. They also billed me twice for the same part. (I only received one of them).

I would recommend them to anyone that needs to have there Garage Door repaired. They will work with you on your repair. It may cost a little more but well worth it. Our appointment was made, we knew who was coming. We were called the day of the repair by the Technitions and promptly taken care of.
