PETER SHINAS

It's been three years and Peter Shinas is not responding in any way. Text, email, voicemail has not been returned. He Never did the metal roofing because we agreed to a lot more work. His work quality is great, but he hasn't compelted the job and has compromised the interior of our home due to multiple leaks caused by incomplete work. This was to be a 3-4 month job after we accepted the additional work he proposed in 2017. It's november of 2020 and he has not been at our house for more than two weeks all YEAR. He has clearly quit, but won't return calls. It's a disaster with nothing started finished, leaking door, attic open to bats and birds, scaffolding all over my porch and exterior, his trailer parked in my yard and materials stock piled in my yard. I paid for custom metal roofing that was delivered to HIS SHOP and i have never seen.

Peter built a deck for us and replace the siding on the back of the house. The deck looks great and the work was definitely of good quality. The problem was that he took a very long time to finish. Much longer than he had initially committed to. In the end though, it's the quality that counts.
