Paul is fabulous. He was above and beyond anything I ever anticipated. This guy was great. He is a little old man with arms on him like Popeye! He works all by himself and he has been doing it for 50 or 60 years. He was just one of those little old guys that know what they are doing. They've done it for so long. It's like second nature to them.

I would like to recommend him. He is actually one of the best ( 01:36.0) men I've ever had. He is a great flooring installer. I would give him excellent reviews, he is very responsive, his estimate was solid. And he did great work. He got a lot of time with some floors. He actually picked up my supplies and brought it to my house because he had a truck. So I was able to order the flooring myself - he advised me what to do and then he picked it up. He called me to make sure I was happy after the job, that everything was working out. So he did a follow up call. He informed me when he was coming out - he let me know 24 hours in advance on everything I had to do. He helped to clean up and put the room back together. He had the cheapest price too. He would show up and let me know 24 hours in advance. I'm going to have him in summer to come and do my deck.

Paul is in his early 70's, and is and quot;old schooland quot; he paid attention to details. his father started floor refinshing business in the 40s, and he has been in the flooring business since 1961. we were very happy with the results. He did an white oak frame around the Brazilian cherry in the LR and foyer, and it looks great. His price was the same price as the other installer we had bid the job. Paul only works half days (8 am to 1 pm) so the job took a little longer than another installer might have, but he was trustworthy, and I felt like he is a bit of a craftsman... he took pride in the oak border work he did around the fireplace. We plan to have him come back next year and do our dining room.
