Description of Work: Replace 3,400 square feet of roof, install 2 attic windows, front door, storm door, attic stairs (that I purchased). If it wasn't for the rain would have had the roof done (old shingles off, new ones on, and removed in 2 days.

Description of Work: We Contacted this business via email on the website. We got no response for almost a week, then they emailed asking for a contact number, we gave that to them and have never heard back from them. Apparently they don't need our money and we will do business with someone else.

Description of Work: Perfection Roofing replaced a bad section of our roof that had rotted. During the initial inspection they were thorough, told us exactly what they were going to do and answered all of our questions. Come the day of service they were on time, courteous, worked hard and left the site cleaner than it was when they started. I would not hesittae to use them again and have spoken highly of them to friends.

Description of Work: Replaced slate roof with conventional architectural shingle roofing. Included complete removal of old roof, flashings, etc. Corrected sealing around chimney where there were leaks in the past, as well as valley area that leaked previously. Removed and replaced siding where necessary to correct flashing issues. Installed ice/water shield as requested 6ft. up from eaves, where normal is only 3ft. Overall a quality job, professionally performed, at a reasonable price.

Description of Work: Removed old roof, replaced with new roof in a total of 10 hours for a 17 square roof. The roof was done less then a week after Paul was on site to do an estimate.

Description of Work: Nothing...call to have 4 skylights replaced and they did not even call us back. It's been 4 days as of today. Don't waste your time on waiting for them to respond.

Description of Work: They were responsive as far as coming and giving a quote which was very reasonably priced. They were slow in actually scheduling the work and we never actually saw them after we signed a quote, they showed up, did the work and called a few days later to ask if everything looked good. The quality was good, they were nice. The only issue was the waiting for service. I would use them again. The slow response could have been due to the storms; I'm sure a lot of people were calling on perfection roofing for roof issues.

Description of Work: Christmas Eve brought such strong winds that a section of our roof shingles blew off! Perfection roofing agreed to come and did-----great for us because snow was predicted. The work and cleanup were outstanding...we were totally happy and grateful to them.

Description of Work: Perfection Roofing installed a new flat rubber roof and flashing on an 1851 historic townhouse I have owned for 33 years. Paul is organized, has very good communications skills and uses all the modes I use---verbal, written, phone, text and email (this makes my work and life much easier) and knows his area of expertise- roofing. I have been doing housing rehab for 35 years and I know what I want and I am willing to "fish" for the right person at the right price. I usually get what I want these days and I am very happy that i found Perfection Roofing through Angie's list, where I am a new and satisfied user. I have high quality properties in excellent condition and I am confident that Paul's work will help keep this great income property protected from the awful winters and rain storms---flat roofs are the # 1 maintenance challenge for me. Hey, I could be wrong because I am a new user of Perfection Roofing, but I believe Paul when he tells me that he will be there if I need him in case of a future problem. I will let everyone on Angie's list know what happens! I took 4 bids for this job. I liked both the estimate and his suggested scope of work.
