Very well. Victor has served our heating system before and I was happy to have him as the technician yesterday. A poor performing part had to be replaced but he ordered it and replaced it on his stop back. Throughout the renovation of my home, Farrell Brothers has been dependable and creative, meeting my needs and helping me to see affordable solutions to difficulties in ducting and heating an extremely old house.

Found out the issue and had to get the part for it. At first we couldn’t find a leak and it was baffling . But he tried everything and finally found the leak.

They arrived for a service call at 8am, right when they said they would. Diagnosed the issue and had it replaced within two hours. I’ve used Farrell Brothers in the past and would use them again.

Our gas-fired water heater failed in the evening and One Hour (Farrell Bros) Plumbing had a technician at the house first thing in the morning to drain and remove the old tank and install a new one. The scheduling and installation experience was first rate. We have used Farrell Bros for all of our HVAC and plumbing needs for the past several years and have been very satisfied.

They did an excellent job, they made sure the furnace was running tip top performance before they finished.

The technician arrived and started immediately on the AC checking the pressure on the unit and cleaning the unit it inside and out. Then after he finished the AC, he went and cleaned the Tank-less hot water tank that is in the basement and testing the unit to make sure it is functioning properly after he finished cleaning it. The tech. was professional an courtesy at all time and answered what ever question I had when he was performing the service. It took about 1 and half to completed in all and he did a great job. I recommend Farrell Bros., One Hour Heating & Cooling of Albany to everyone they are fare and honest and do a superb job.

Well. Employee sent was timely, courteous and neat. Very thoughtful approach and plan was explained.

It turned into much more than I thought it would be. He had to reset the toilet then open up the downstairs ceiling and replace two sections of piping. He made three visits in all. Angel was very professional, checked everything, and explained what he was doing and why. A little pricey but worth it for the timely service.

Mike replaced both hoses, cleaned up the water on the floor, moved both the washer and dryer back in place and asked if I needed anything else. Mike was excellent, friendly and very professional!!!

Michael S. came to the house promptly and assessed the problem with our thermostat. He had all the parts and supplies that he needed on his truck. Michael was efficient and explained everything that he did while installing the new thermostat. He was courteous when entering our home with booties for his shoes and cleaned up after himself. We will use the BENJAMIN FRANKLIN Company in the future for our heating and cooling needs.

Farrell Bros installed the unit last year and there have been a few issues with the unit, but they have absolutely stood by their work and the product; very promptly and with great communications fixing the problems. Stuff happens but the real measure of a company is how they respond. Farrell Bros did!

Arrived on time and reviewed what was needed. Described what he needed to do and the cost. After approval, quickly began the repair. Work was done in about 1 hour. I was very happy with the work.

Dave showed up on time, only a few hours after we reached out to Angie's List, and quickly and accurately diagnosed the issue. He provided some management tips on keeping everything in good working order. While he was here, he gave the rest of our plumbing a quick once-over and pointed out any potential issues, along with what was in good working order. He gave us a detailed and reasonable estimate, and we wouldn't hesitate to have him back. Well worth the estimate cost.

Tech ruled out sewer gas, and showed and explained why. Suggested other possible causes of musty smell.

I spoke with customer service for weekend AC repair - then AC guy calls and says he can't make it.

Good except their employee left our home a mess! All of the newly painted had black hand prints on them and he left a bucket of nasty water in the basement!?

Our furnace started clanging and making loud noises so I called Farrell Brothers for them to check it out. Ron diagnosed the problem immediately and since the furnace was old, it wasn't worth repairing so we purchased a new Lennox furnace from Farrell Brothers. Ron was excellent throughout this process and was extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this company. All Farrell Brothers employees I came in contact were an absolute pleasure to deal with!

Quite well. The tech was punctual, courteous, and candid with his diagnoses. Ended up not being cost effective to complete the repairs, so only the trip fee was charged.
