+ -1 moreAside from tearing a light off of the back of the house and tearing a screen when a ladder fell, they were okay: careless. They did fix both items that were broken. Laborers were just that: smoked, swore, etc., but if I had asked I believe they would have desisted. If using again I would spell out in advance what type/thickness of plywood was to be used if needed. So far no leaks, but it hasn't really rained yet either.
Description of Work: Took off old roof. laid OSB (not plywood), papered and shingled. Includes 3 skylights and an internal chimney. Cleaned reasonably well.

+ -1 moreThey scraped off the old shingles and put on a new roof. Their work was great and we are very pleased with their service. Their estimate was very reasonable and within 24 hours they came out and did the measurements, and then did the work pretty soon as well. They did the roof quickly and efficiently and were done in about four hours. They also installed an awning for us for no additional cost.

+ -1 moreThey did an estimate for us, and did the work as soon as they could. We came home from work one day and it was already done. The work was great! There was a question whether or not they could do it because of the temperature, and then we were just surprised to have had it done.
