The company responded quickly to my email request and scheduled a time a few days out which was reasonable. Rob showed up on-time, got to work and fixed the problem quickly. We recently purchased a home which at one time had a pool. The pool was covered years ago and we were left with electrical outlets throughout the backyard. This impacted the working of our exterior patio outlets. I called O'Keefe and received a return call from Rob within the hour (not sure I believe the review of no return call). Rob arrived as scheduled. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He immediately began working on our puzzle. Within an hour he had figured out all the wiring set up in our backyard, fixed the outlets, and made suggestions on what to do with the electrical access we did have in place. I will be inviting Rob back to work on other puzzles (we have many!) in our large home. Definitely my "to go" electrical service. I highly recommend.

Rob did a great job. He always responded promptly and showed up when he said he would. He provided us with a waterproof outdoor connection, a switch in the basement, and a new circuit breaker - all GFI protected. He was very professional, very personable, and we would definitely call him again if we had a need.

Very responsive, came for an estimate shortly after I contacted them. Their price was significantly less than others. They were prompt, courteous, neat and respectful of my home. I referred them to my brother and he has used them and was completely satisfied as well.

Rob had done a previous job for me last year the week of Thanksgiving when my dining room light stopped working. He came right over and fixed it right away. He was on time and professional.Even gave me an estimate on my other outlets. When I decided to update my kitchen a little I called Rob. He was great. On time and got the work done perfectly. He added an outlet for my new microwave above my stove and change my kitchen outlets to gfi. I would recommend him to anyone. He is an outstanding worker and an all around nice person. The previous person I dealt with wasn't so this was very refreshing.

Rob was such a sweet, professional guy from start to finish. He came and did a free estimate on getting our circuit box upgraded and some related electrical work done, and his offer just blew everyone else out of the water. He did the work quickly and coordinated with National Grid for us on the outside wires. He did make one small mistake in hooking the central air back up, resulting in no a/c for a while until he could come back. But he apologized forever and even reimbursed us the entire price of the a/c tuneup we had done thinking that was the problem. Great guy!

What was great was the extra time he and Dave took to help get the old one out. The electrical for him was 5 minutes. He shows up early to be ready.

All aspects of the job were done promptly per a previous quote. Robert had previous experience for all of the tasks. The trickiest was the landscape lighting, but he was careful to map out the three circuits and keep everything straight. The time from quote to completion was 7 days.

He was professional and helpful. He listened to all our concerns and questions then responded with knowledgeable answers. He restored our power which had been partially switched off. Then, he checked out a few more things to make sure we wouldn't run into problems in the future. We can't say enough about how helpful and courteous he was. We will be calling him with any future electrical needs.

On just-bought 60 year old house, needed safer main power connections. Work, including dealing with power company and town inspection, was done on budget, and with less disruption time than anticipated. They also did some extra checking not part of the original schedule. Excellent, professional job at reasonable cost. We'll be using Rob and his team again!
