Great! Joe and his team were here early on a Monday morning. Roof was removed and installed in one day on a 2,900 sq. ft. house. We were very happy with Joe and his team, and would highly recommend him to anyone in the region needing a new roof.

within a week of contacting we had a crew here to work, and work they did. New garage roof done. The crew was great. The cleanup was amazing. The new roof is beautiful. This was one of our best experiences with any contractor ever hired. 10 stars

Joe was easy to communicate with and responsive to my inquiry. He was able to schedule our roofing job within 2 weeks or so. It was an extremely windy day the day of the actual job so lots of things were blowing all over the place but his employees did a wonderful roofing job and their clean-up of the site was spectacular. We had to replace over 20 plywood sheets which, after 50+ plus years, had become brittle and spongy. That was an added cost for us but it was work that had to be done.

We cannot praise enough the work Joe Lombardo (NML Roofing) did for us. Our roof had a serious leak in the kitchen and needed to be replaced ASAP. We contacted a well-known company, which gave us an extremely overpriced estimate. After doing some research we contacted the NML company. Joe responded to our call promptly, gave us a very reasonable estimate with a no-nonsense explanation of the costs and started the ball rolling without delay. Joe went out of his way to help us to get an expedited approval and did all necessary paperwork. He was very busy and normally does not work on weekends, but because of our urgent need he and his team came on Saturday. The work was done in one day, and we are very pleased with the quality of the work and the clean-up. Shortly after the work was completed we had a big storm with high winds and pouring rain, and our new roof performed beautifully - no more leak! All in all, we had a very pleasant experience and were impressed with Joe's organizational skills and professionalism. We highly recommend Joe Lombardo and his NML company to everybody. In a word, Joe's company is a model local business serving the community with high quality work at fair price.

It went very well. I called for assistance before 9am and a worker came over and did the job, finishing by 11am. That evening in rained quite a bit and there was no leaking down the pipe into the basement. Successful job.

It was very good. He's very good to work with. He drove me to different places and houses that he's done services before to show different colors of shingles. That helped us a lot.

Joe was courteous, easy to work with and professional. He showed up when he said he would, kept me informed of the progress, his crew was professional, did a great job on the roof, cleaned up afterwards and remounted my weather vane as requested. His price was much lower than several other comparable companies. Very satisfied with the work and would definitely use again.

Job went smoothly and new roof looks beautiful— makes the 23-year old house look brand new. Joe was very easy to work with— he kept good communication, gave us a competitive quote, showed up for the job when promised and gave us some very helpful information that aided us in picking the best color/type of shingle for our house.
