It went wonderfully. Joe and his crew worked all day until job was completed. There were a few setbacks but that didn't deter the crew at all. I certainly recommend them for any roofing, siding and other jobs . I couldn't be happier.

Joe and his crew showed up on time and worked efficiently to get my roof done as well as my neighbors roof in one day He was explained the process to me and took pictures of the process.I will recommend him and his crew to anyone I know looking for a new roof.

Joe and his team were great. They made quick work of my roof. It was done in less than a day. Everyone on the team was friendly and polite. At the end of the day everything was cleaned up as if they weren't even there. Joe was great to work with. He wad friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond to calls and texts.

It went very well. Joe is very responsive to my phone inquiries and came over within a day to look at the job and give me an estimate of the scope of the work and cost. My attic was retaining moisture and causing icicles and ice jams to form on the gutters. It was determined that I had extremely poor attic ventilation due to the fact there was no opening cut in the ridge when the roof was installed over 20 years ago. The job was completed in less than a day, all debris was carted away and all areas on the roof and driveway were cleaned up.

Joe is very professional and is very responsive. He was able to come out relatively quick to give me a quote and his team did a fantastic job both times I needed their services. They completed the jobs in a timely manner and cleaned up when done. I’d definitely recommend!

Needing a replacement roof, we researched a number of local companies and selected NML to do the work. So glad we did. As an Owens-Corning preferred installer, the quality of their work was exceptional. Joe had been to our home 2 years ago and was the only contractor who advised us at that time that we did not need a new roof. He advised us to wait 2 years and call him back. I appreciated his honesty, as all the other companies who came to our home told us our roof was failing and we needed to get it done ASAP. This past summer we called Joe again and 2 other companies to again provide us an estimate. Joe's price (NML) was only slightly higher than the estimate he gave us 2 years ago, as with rising costs, I expected it to be much higher. The other companies were much higher. In fact NML's estimate was thousands less than everyone else and it included an extended warranty that others were charging us hundreds extra for. The NML crew was impressive. They worked hard all day, only taking a short 15 minute break for lunch. Joe was on site the entire time and made sure we were happy with the work they were doing. The job was finished quickly and they completely cleaned-up after them. I highly recommend NML. They did a great job and was the least expensive of all those who provided and estimate. I strongly advise that you give Joe a call and give him and his company the opportunity to bid on your roofing project. You wont be sorry.

Joe and his crew were recommended to me by my realtor, Joe’s quote was comparable or better than a few of the other contractors I contacted. The reason I decided to go with joe was that when I called him he showed up the same day, answered all of my questions and provided all the necessary information, throughout our conversation he never tried any sales pitch. The over all Job Joe and his crew did was great, I had a two family large house and two big parking garages done, they started at 7 am in the morning and were done by 4:30 pm and cleaned very well. If you need roof replaced Joe and his crew are the contractor to go, I will definitely hire them again.

In the process of remodeling a 200 year old farmhouse. The roof is rather large with multiple roof lines from various additions over the years. NML Contracting and Roofing was recommended to me by a friend. Joe’s bid wasn’t the cheapest but was very competitive. What pushed me to hire Joe was my conversation with him. He never tried any sales pitch type of presentation. He gave me facts, answered questions, and explained everything in detail. It was obvious Joe knew his trade and I was getting an honest assessment. The overall job he and his crew did was outstanding. The communication about when they’d start was outstanding (weather caused delays). I was impressed and as such, have referred NML Contracting and Roofing out to friends and family of which, two have hired him. They were also very, very happy and called to thank me for a great recommendation. Thank you to Joe and his entire crew for quality work at a fair price. I will definitely hire them again!!

Joe Lombardo/ NML Roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof. His price was better than the other 3 companies that quoted the project but most importantly, he and his crew did a high quality job! I liked the fact that Joe, the owner of the company, personally quoted the project and then was on site when his crew performed the work. There was no miscommunication or forgotten contractual items. The crew worked incredibly hard and had the old roof torn off and re-shingled in one long day. They also did a very thorough cleanup when done. I don't think I found one nail on the ground anywhere in the weeks following their work. Joe was super easy to deal with and delivered on every promise made. Here is an example of the kind of guy Joe is: While doing a final walkdown I noticed a downspout elbow between my first and second floor roof was missing. Joe's crew searched for it but could not find it. Joe committed to replacing it. Now, I assumed that would not actually happen and it's like a $3 item at Lowes so I just replaced it myself the next day. Sure enough, a day or two later Joe called to tell me he was ready to send his crew over to replace the elbow that evening. That just confirmed for me that I made the right choice by having NML do my roof replacement.

Crew showed up early, and on-time, got strait to prep work, put tarps out to catch shingles and nails. Removal went quickly, I had underlayer problems, we discussed options and in the end I went with a full cover....change order was reasonable and discussed ahead of time. Roof was completed in one day, which was impressive. Lots of compliments from the neighbors. Definite recommend.

Excellant job House and detached 3 car garage roof's removed, new underlayment, drip edge, and shingles installed and job site cleaned up and removed in less than 9hours. Price for job was very reasonable and quality of work could not have been any better. Would highly recommend this contractor.

Ice build up on my roof was causing a significant amount of water to come through the first floor garage ceiling and was rapidly heading toward the family room. Joe had someone from his crew at my home within a couple hours of my call; they quickly took care of the immediate concern and came back the next day to finish breaking up the ice dam and clearing the area of snow. Joe was in touch with me and his crew the entire time. Based on my first experience, I would not hesitate to call NML for other contracting work.

The process from start to finish could not have been easier. Joe made the process very easy, and now we no longer have a leaking roof!

NML did a fantastic job. We had excellent communication around everything from selecting the shingles to scheduling the work to completion of the job. The job was done in a single day, they showed up on time, and they cleaned up everything afterwards.
