Joe is the best. From the first phone call he was professional and friendly. His price was lowest, he came when he said he would and completed that day with no mess left. His workmanship was impeccable. We couldn't be happier and I will certainly refer him whenever anyone I know needs a great roofer. (Am going to hire him for my mother now!)

OUTSTANDING!!!! Joe came and reviewed the work and gave us some really good ideas on how to save a few dollars, as we were prepping our house for sale. We wanted to update the kitchen a bit with granite and glass back splash so that we could get more for our house when it went up for sale. Joe and his guys spent about 3-4 days in the house, repainting and all the other tasks listed above and the house was done with professionalism and quality workmanship!! Joe's kitchen was unbelievable for the price. We told our family and friends and they couldn't believe how great it was for the price. I think I gave his name out to at least 5 people after they saw our kitchen. We listed our house for sale and we had 3 offers with 2 weeks, the offer that won was 103% of asking price and the buyer said the KITCHEN sold them. I will be hiring Joe and his crew back at the new house we just bought for all our home repair needs. I'll never go anywhere else unless Joe fires me as a client! :-) NML is that good!!

Joe was kind enough to prioritize my roof due to a leak. He was professional and answered all of my question. He returned calls promptly. He and his crew were able to do the job in one day as promised. The roof looks great and they cleaned up the yard, deck and sidewalks. He took special care not to drive over septic system or leave any tracks in grass which required more work for his crew. I will use NML Contracting for additional home remodeling in the future. I highly recommend this company.

Called NML and the call was immediately picked up by Joe Lombardo himself. He listened to the problem and arranged to come out that afternoon around 3 p.m. to examine the leak. He informed us that it would be, most likely, $75 if they did any recaulking (the roof was only 9 years old so he didn't really think it was a total roof problem). When he got held up at his current job site, he called before 3 to let us know that he would be sending his assistant who would arrive within ten minutes. Ben (his assistant) showed up promptly, examined the ceiling, attic, and climbed on the roof to find the source of the leak. As everything had dried up by them, the exact source was difficult to pinpoint, but he recaulked all joints and nails in the suspect area and advised us to call as soon as we detected any additional problems and they would come out while it was still happening to get a clearer picture of the problem. The next morning Joe Lombardo called to see how we felt about what was done and to also recommend that we call them again if we noticed any problem (while it was happening). We were so pleased with their responsiveness and, especially, Joe's follow-up regarding our satisfaction. We would definitely call him again if we had a problem.

The estimate was $1000.00 less than a well known local roofing comapny. That and all the positive reviews here sealed the deal. Crew arrived at 7:30 am to remove old roof. New shingles arrived around 1:00 pm and were placed on the roof by a boom truck. Joe is very easy to work with and arrived at the job when the shingles were deliverd then stayed till the job was finished around 6:00 pm. Very thorough clean up.

He is a LLC contractor. The windows have transferable warranty guarantee. It all seems to be good. He brought samples and I reviewed the website where he is getting the windows from. It is a very good looking window. We chose him because he was about $200 less per window than others. He has kept in contact with me and has been on time for our meetings.

Generally entire job went as planned and was completed in one day per the estimate. Clean up also was done very well. Joe (owner) was personally here for the very beginning and end of job, but was gone a good part of the day picking up additional supplies and other errands. Due to his absence I had to sign a waiver for shingle delivery truck to use my driveway (and assume the risk of damage), however none occurred. At the end of the day workmanship looks good and roof has had a good test as we've had almost a week of constant rain since installation and all is holding well.

Joe was always very prompt in either answering my phone calls or returning them. He is a very personable young man and super friendly. He gave us an estimate on what replacing eight windows in our old house would cost, which beat all the others I had contacted by far. Work was completed within two weeks of getting our deposit, which included time to order them and was also over a holiday weekend. The windows are terrific and the chimney repair is amazing! Joe and his crew are truly great people and he really values his customers and makes sure he follows up to make sure you are satisfied. The process was seamless. I contacted NML contracting and scheduled an estimate. The appointment was kept and on time. I didn't set a firm schedule for the work to be performed due to the weather in mid-April. I received a call over the weekend that work would be performed on the 17th at 8am. At 8am, the workers showed up and began work. It was all completed that day and I am happy with the result.

We contacted Joe at NML and asked him to provide us a quote on replacing our 25 year old windows. Joe came out looked at the job and explained how he works. He recommended two types of replacement window at two different prices. The higher priced one was one he has used in his own home. His prices are extremely reasonable compared to others I have seen. He came back with window samples for us to look at. We decided to go with the higher grade which was a Paradigm window. I wanted a full screen, Joe checked and that was available for a slight up-charge. Prior to order he let me know some of the other options available and I selected a contoured grid. The windows took about 3 weeks to arrive. Joe and his crew arrived on time and immediately got to work. They were able to finish the job (18 windows) in 1 day. They put down tarps, cleaned up afterward and disposed of all waste material. We are extremely pleased at the quality of the windows and more importantly, we are pleased with the quality of the installation. It is obvious that Joe cares about what he does and that shows in his work. I would unconditionally recommend him. If he tells you he will do something - believe him.

They responded within 1/2 day to my initial phone call. Followed up with color selection and written quote quickly. Once details were agreed upon, NML started the job on time and completed it when they said they would. They cleaned up all of the old roofing material and left the property as clean as before. I would highly recommend NML contracting.

On November 17, Joe and his crew came to my house to replace the roof. Originally I contacted Joe back in August to patch my roof because he was running a special through Angie’s List. During the inspection he showed me that the extent of the deterioration of the roof was much worse than I thought it was and that the home inspector led me to believe when I bought the house. During the work, it was evident that Joe was not exaggerating one bit and the roof likely would not have made it through this winter. Joe gave me an initial estimate following the patch work and after some consideration, I had Joe prepare a second quotation. I also contacted other roofers but Joe’s quote was obviously his best number right off the bat. Joe did not try to pressure me and answered my questions well as I made this expensive determination. Joe provided me with shingle samples for the products he typically uses and after doing some additional research, I believe he is using solid products. Also, Joe said that if I wanted to use different shingles he could order them but I elected to go with the products he’s been using since he noted that he hasn’t had any issues with them. Joe’s crew showed up on time on the day we agreed to and started work promptly. The workers were uniformly and well dressed and worked efficiently. There was NO swearing or yelling which was great since we are only a driveway away from our neighbors. Joe made sure there were enough workers and was able to replace the shingles on the roof and make sure that the entire cleanup was done in the same day on our 1,100 square foot house. Also, Joe was there all day and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend NML and am very happy with their work.

The contractor wasn't interested in the job when he learned we had lightning rods and satelite dishes on the house and that we lived a considerable distance from Albany. I had to agree to take both down before he did any work , and then he agreed to come and look at the job. He was pleasant and professional when he came to measure the roof and give us an estimate. The actual price ended up being approximately 40% more than the advertised price because the contractor said our roof measured larger than the specified size.The work was actually done by a subcontractor who did a fantastic job. They arrived at 6 a.m. and worked until dark every day and finished the job in 3 and one half days. Everything was cleaned up when they left. We never saw the contractor after the initial payment. Final payment was done by mail. Everyone involved was totally polite and professional.

Joe was completely professional as well as friendly and approachable. Unfortunately, he had a death in his family right after we started, but he still stayed in touch by phone and email and was soon back in person. He explained every departure from the estimate (which were only because when the porch was un-sided, so much of the wood had rotted from water and insects). His crew were there every day at 7:00 am and stayed right until 4:30 every day. We were delayed by rain, but the job was still finished in a reasonable time. The cleanup was excellent, and we have received many compliments and requests for his name.

I prepaid the roof maintenance package for $275 with a guaranteed roof replacement cost if needed. The company's employee was very thorough. He explained the issues with my roof, these were minor and he repaired them. The only issue being missing caulk from a prior repair job by the home's previous owner. He went over the review and I did not need a new roof! The only snafu was in setting up the appointment. The coupon was purchased pre-paid through PayPal and it stated that we needed to directly contact the contractor. When we did, 48 hours after purchasing the coupon, the contractor had not yet received the notification of this purchase and stated that we would need to wait for him to get notification. We then had minor issues with scheduling but overall it went well. I would use them again.

Overall everything went smoothly and the work was completed in one day.

NML was competitive in their estimate with 3 other companies. Joe Lombardo ultimately offered options that surpassed the others. He was responsive and got back to us quickly with offers and information. His staff exhibited excellent skills, as well as being very hard-working. They were friendly and answered any questions we had. They demonstrated that they knew their business and were professional as well as experienced. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Overall we were very satisfied and pleased. It was a pleasure.

This roof was in TERRIBLE shape! It had 3 layers of shingles on it from shoddy repair attempts over the past 25 yrs. We bought this house knowing it was the first thing that needed to be completed... nearly all of the plywood had to be replaced.. but the guys did a wonderful job on the roof as well as the back deck. It took several extra days for the completion of the job since this was such an extensive project. We were very pleased with the result and the service overall which is why we then contracted NML to remodel our kitchen and refinish our hardwoods floors.

The kitchen was in very rough shape and also a challenging layout.. Joe worked with us to put together a design that maximized space while keeping costs down. It looks beautiful now! They did a wonderful job installing the cabinets, painting, putting up a backsplash, adding a gas line for our stove, etc. Additionally, we had them refinish our hardwood floors in 2 large rooms, lay new tile in front of the fireplace and paint 6 more rooms in the house! They did a wonderful job on all of the projects and priced them very reasonably.:o)

They were very professional. Overall, everything went well.

The work was performed as scheduled in a smooth manner. In the morning, two workers removed old cabinets and took away all the old material. The work was done efficiently and without any error. In the afternoon, new cabinets were installed. It was a little different configuration than what I had originally but everything fit in the space perfectly. The two workers did not encounter major obstacles, worked along at a steady pace and were able to finish the installation of the cabinets that same day. I was very pleased.I am planning to hire NML again to do another job. . .

Bought service from Angie's List for roof inspection. Mr. Lombardo called and set up an appointment to inspect my roof. The contractor came today and did what was promised.
