NML did a fantastic job. Joe did a great job explaining the process, pricing, options and colors. Work was done quickly and the yard was left clean when they left. The roof looks great and we are very happy with the work NML did.

This is the second house we have had NML Contracting & Roofing replace a roof. When our roof was leaking I knew just who to call. They worked quickly and were completely done in one day. We are very pleased. The new roof has a 50 year Owens Corning transferable warranty.

I was in the process of selling my house and realized my roof was leaking and it needed to be replaced. Joe understood the urgency of replacement and made the process easy and stress free. I really do not have anything to add to the countless reviews that have preceded me. Joe's crew arrived at 7:30 in the morning and were done by 5pm that afternoon. The area was prepped with tarps to catch and collect the old roofing materials. The old roof came off and the new roof went up. When they were done, all debris were removed. I had two neighbors compliment the new roof and one asked for a card (for her daughter) from Joe. That neighbor had recently had her roof replaced by another contractor. I did ask Joe to give me an estimate on another property I own. That will be the subject of a future review after he replaces that one. I chose NML based upon the reviews here on Angi. Thank you Joe.

Joe and his crew did a great job on my roof replacement. They showed up @ 7:30 and worked nonstop all day ripping off and replacing the whole roof. Everything was cleaned up and left in great shape at the end of the day. They did a quality job and I’m confident it will keep the house protected far into the future. The process was painless and there were no surprise charges.

Joe and his crew did a phenomenal job replacing the entire roof system on my house. The workers showed up on time, they worked hard and fast and did everything by the highest standards. Besides the roof, the team replaced 3 of my skylights and closed off the other 2, also re-locating the hood vent cap to a different position. I have a very large roof and they were able to do the job in one day, working from 7 AM until 6 PM. I am very happy with the company and the service I received and would absolutely hire NML contracting again.

I cannot say enough good things about Joe and NML contracting. I received a few quotes and spoke with a few different roofing companies. I needed to get the job done quickly due to the condition of my roof and winter coming. Joe was hands down the most honest, complete, and highest quality of the quotes we received. When it came time for him to give me the invoice, Joe showed me his receipts for materials and was extremely transparent, conscientious and overall a business professional with the highest integrity. I would hire Joe again without hesitation, but feel I won't have to for a long time due to the quality of his work on my roof. He stands behind his company and work.

If you need a new roof or a roof repair I would highly recommend Joe from NML Contracting!! First, we got several quotes and Joe was one of the lowest. In fact, several thousand less than the highest one….and for the same Owens Corning Materials. Second, he was very responsive and very knowledgeable. Third, he provided a lot of pictures to help us decide which color roof would look best. Lastly, his work was very professional and left out home spotless! So t waste your time and money on the big guys!!

Excellent. We were very impressed with the way the crew worked. We have a gable roof and that was harder for the crew to remove the old shingles. They did our roof in one day. They clean up too as they're working. They spent extra time where our windows are in the roof in the front. They used a different base material to add extra protection. We just live our roof. The price was very good too for the work and size of our roof.

He did excellent job and price was very reasonable . I will tell people should hire him without hesitation.

Joe was amazing to work with! Extremely personable and responsive and kept me updated every step of the way. There were a few pieces of damaged plywood that needed to be replaced and he sent me pictures of the damage and of the newly replaced plywood as well as the finished roof - which looks amazing! His crew was very courteous of my property and cleaned up very well before they left. I would definitely recommend Joe to anyone who needs a new roof!
