Joe, and his crew started early, they had the old roof off very quickly. The crew worked like bees. Everyone had their own jobs, the only time they stopped was for lunch. The roof looks great and it was completed in 1 day. Everything was cleaned and taken way by the end of the day. I would highly recommend Joe and his crew!

Joe, Charlie, and Joey (and the crew) did an incredible job restoring and improving the exterior of our home, with NML completely upgrading the exterior with a new roof, siding, and windows. First, we replaced the roof after discovering that the previous roofer (before we purchased the home) had placed the ice/water barrier on top of the tar paper instead of directly on the decking, which is what contributed to our roof leaking due to ice dams. We upgraded the Owens-Corning shingles to a fully transferable 50-year warranty for only a fraction of the cost (a few hundred dollars). Next, we had Joe replace our horribly dented white aluminum siding with the thickest premium siding he offered (Mastic), which included wrapping our house and sealing all the drafts and gaps (which also helps keep the bugs out!). They also replaced all the soffits and fascia, which also helped seal up all the gaps where bees/wasps were nesting over the years. Finally, NML replaced all our aluminum-framed windows with new Paradigm (love these!!!) windows. We added a new picture window in our upstairs bathroom shower, which required Charlie to reframe/rebuild the entire wall due to years patchwork. We chose to replace 2 of our windows with crank-out casement style windows, and replaced the front window with 3 double-hung windows. Overall, NML did an absolutely phenomenal job, and our house is the envy of the neighborhood. (So much so that many of our neighbors have chosen NML for their roofing and siding needs!) Charlie's crew was very professional and clean, and they were very accommodating to any and all questions we had. The bottom line is: If there is something you're not happy with, they will make sure to make it right without a second thought. I'm not easily impressed, but I have to say, I was!!

Joe promptly set up an appointment for an estimate. He was very thorough and carefully explained everything he would do. I was impressed with how knowledgeable he was and all the time he took to answer questions. He gave me the address of a recent nearby job to take a look at. I contracted with Joe, and the work was done on time, and it looks great. Joe walked me around the house pointing out everything they had done. The yard was immaculate and completely free of any debris. It could not have gone more smoothly or with better results. I can say this was one of the best experiences I have ever had as a homeowner. I have already recommended Joe to several people.

It went well and Joe's easy to work with. It's since rained and the roof is great and hasn't leaked.

Did excellent work, added copper flashing around chimney and fixed leak from ice dam, mason remortared brick the right way, and roofer knew how to remove and replace flat clay roof tiles.

Joe is a very friendly guy, and very knowledgeable about every part of the home, we chose him not only because he was the most reasonably price, but also because he had the answers to all our questions and was willing to take the time to tell as about them. It took his crew 2 days to complete the install of 23 windows with 21 of those windows in the first day. really fast good quality work and we will be asking him back to do a ridge vent and to wrap the windows as soon as the weather gets better. I highly recommend him to everyone who asks me if I know a contractor.

Joe returned calls, gave prompt estimates, and his team did excellent work on both jobs. Job required removing large area of siding in addition to roofing and window replacement.

I had many estimates to install new siding on my house as well as, an exterior new sliding glass door that needed to be built down. Joe came out to provide me an estimate on the work. He was thorough in answering my questions, responsive, and punctual. Job process went very smooth and Joe's team showed up on time and were very professional. My house looks like a brand new house. I'm extremely satisfied with the results. I will definitely hire this company again and I am looking to do so very soon!

We are new home owners. We knew when we purchased our home, we knew we would need to repair the roof over out porch within the next two years. However, during the first few months, the roof started leaking. We contacted Joe and a few others to get estimates. Joe took the time to explain our options and gave estimates for fixing just the porch roof as well as the entire roof. Based upon the age of the main roof, we opted to do the entire roof. Joe and his crew arrived on time, actually a little earlier than expected. They got right to work. They were courteous and professional and did an excellent job. Joe was honest enough to tell me that some plywood we thought was going to need replacement did not need to be replaced after all. We've had several heavy rains since the job was completed and no signs of trouble. I would highly recommend NML to anyone needing a roof or other work.

Job went great and my wife and I couldn't asked for anything more. Everything we asked for and more was completed in a timely manner. Joe works well with my wife and I to developing a game plan . Joe goes over all the costs so you know we're you stand . He also has a awesome crew who do outstanding work. Charlie & Matt work very well together . I walk around and looked at there work very closely and they didn't skimp on any part of the job. I was very impressed and have already talk to Joe about doing some more work inside of my house . Joe works well with the team and they have know problem with last minute changes. Charlie and Matt and Joe are friendly. Very neat and clean up after every days work so things look good. House looks really great I hope to send in some pictures here so you can see the before and after pictures so you can see what I am talking about. If you go with NML you will not be sorry . Windows are excellent. This is the second time Joe installed windows for us. Last time was basement windows. We were sopleased we hired him again.

I wanted my roof done before I left for vacation and so Joe (the owner) fit me into his schedule, he called me the night before and said the crew would be here mid morning. They arrived around 9:30am and got right down to business. Joe said they would be done around 5:30 and he was right on target, after finishing the roofs and cleaning up all evidence that they were even here, they pulled out of the driveway at 6:10. Joe and his entire crew were very respectful of us and our property, I would hire hime again in a second.

Joe and his team were wonderful. We had a roof re-shingled and siding replaced. They did a wonderful job. The roof was done in one day, the siding as planned over 2 weeks. Joe communicates very well, everything went smoothly. Dave and Dave in who worked on the siding were very detail oriented. Clean up for both jobs excellent. You will have no regrets with MNL. The house looks so great, we are very happy.

Joe was very responsive in providing an estimate and completing the job. His team completed the roof in one day and did an excellent job. They made sure that I was aware of the condition of the previous roof by taking pictures. They cleaned up after they were done and honestly - I have nothing but praise for this company. I could not be happier with the job that was done by Joe & Charlie. The site manager Charlie was better than anyone could ever expect. He and his team worked 6 days a week 10 solid hours each day. They worried about every detail and treated the job like it was their own property. I made a couple last minute changes that might have disturbed other companies but not this group, they proceeded accordingly without any issues. I will not be calling any other company for any type of construction as long as I redid in the capital area. EXCELLENT ON ALL LEVELS.

Joe was great throughout the entire project and his employees were always very friendly and professional. All of the work turned out great and the appearance of the house was completely transformed. Would highly recommend NML for anyone looking to make improvements to their home.

The job went very well. I have a very tricky driveway and Joe had a rough start when he get stuck on the morning dew. He figured out how to get more traction and everything went smoothly from then on. He wasn't sure if they'd be able to finish in one day but his guys worked like crazy and were all done and cleaned up by 5 pm. They were all very nice and professional. The roof looks great. We haven't had a storm yet but I'm confident it will be fine. Joe's price was very reasonable and the real clincher was being able to use his mason as well making it a single source job. I have only found 3 nails since the job was completed 4 days ago and I consider that excellent. All areas around the house were well protected. I consider this important as my last roofer dropped some plywood that tore a lamp off of my house and came within inches of going through a large window. And that's just what I saw. I'm renovating a 1958 ranch house. We talked about some other projects I will be doing and I will definitely call Joe to give him the opportunity to bid any work I need done.
