Joe Lombardo was very friendly and professional, explaining beforehand exactly how the new roof would be installed, answering all of my questions and responding to my concerns. The crew showed up promptly at 7:15am and immediately began work. They completely removed the old house roofing, while re-shingling over the previous garage roof. Then they began putting the new roofing on the house. Both the house and garage were completely finished by 5:30pm. The work areas around the house and garage were completely cleaned up before they left. The roofing crew did an outstanding job throughout and there were no glitches or problems. I was very impressed by Joe and his roofing crew and I would certainly recommend NML Contracting and Roofing to anyone looking for an outstanding roofing job at a reasonable price.

Everything was done so professional and quickly. Joe has a company that he hires out to do his siding and windows and they were wonderful, they knew what they were doing and did it within a week. The house looks beautiful and I have had lots of compliments on how nice it looks. Oh yeah I almost forgot I just had him put seamless gutters on my house also that was done in two hours by The Gutter man. LOVE IT!!! So I have had him do a roof, siding, windows and gutters very happy with the work.

Joe and his team did an outstanding job replacing our steep and complicated roof. From the estimate through installation, they were professional, efficient, respectful of our property and surrounding and did an outstanding job. There were no hidden costs and the clean-up was very thorough. Joe provided a clear estimate of the project and explained all aspects of the work his company would perform and the warranty provided.

Had our roof re-done today by NML Roofing. Joe and his crew did a great job at a reasonable price. The roofing team all arrived on schedule, worked hard and finished the job in one day. Our new roof is beautiful. We liked Joe from the beginning. He came across as honest and used no high pressure tactics nor did he bad-mouth the competition, unlike some others from whom we got estimates. We have nothing but praise for Joe and his team. Both the job and the clean-up were outstanding. If you need a new roof, you would be wise to contact Joe of NML.

Joe, Charlie, and the team are the best! They did a high-quality, professional job at a good price. Joe helped us with the siding design and the color choices and quickly provided a detailed estimate well within our price range. He had plenty of pictures of other jobs they had done so it was easy for us to find an example of what we wanted. Charlie and the team started on schedule, worked hard, did a high quality job, and completed faster than they had anticipated. The entire team was very nice! They worked around our family needs and kept the job site clean and safe. The project went great from start to finish. We are very pleased and would happily recommend them!

Joe met me at the appointed time to inspect the old roof. Joe walked me through all the details of the roof, and explained them clearly. His price was lower than several other roofers I contacted, and he promised a 50 year warranty through Owens Corning. It took a week or two before he was able to put us in his schedule. He decided to do the work on Halloween because it was a simple project close to his house and he could be home early that evening to get his kids ready to go out. This pushed us up in his schedule, which was nice. He did not offer (and I did not think of it) to replace the insulation below the roof over the cathedral ceiling in our living room. This would have been nice, but it's too late now, and there is some there already. On the day of the work, he arrived on time (early in the morning), and he finished by his estimated finish time in mid afternoon. I have a very simple open gable roof, so he was able to finish the work in a short day's time. When I arrived about an hour before the work was complete with about 20 minutes notice, he was out running other errands and his workers were busy installing the shingles. He returned a few minutes later and explained the process to me. After the roofing work was complete, his workers went around with a large magnet on wheels and picked up all the nails and other metal bits, put everything in a dumpster, and removed the dumpster. He had taken pictures of a few areas where the prior roof had leaked and he replaced boards, and he sent these to me. After they were done, I found one short roll of nails (which was large and obvious at the edge of the property at the street), but I found no other nails. There were a few small bits of tar paper and thin plastic sheeting around the yard, but those do not pose a problem for my lawnmower. Joe said that I would receive the warranty information within 6 weeks. I was reminded of this ~10 weeks later, but I had heard nothing. I contacted Joe, who said he would check into it. I was reminded of this again in late February, and had still heard nothing. I contacted Joe, who this time was able to send me the warranty info. Overall, the work was great. He was professional, and he tried to meet my needs. He was responsive enough before the work was done, but it would have been nice to receive the warranty information in a more timely manner and without repeated reminders from me.

Excellent workmanship, communication and professionalism even when working through discrepancies. I had my roof replaced on my home and it was a larger roof then usual (45 square!) as well as having 2 roof layers that had to be taken down. Joe and his crew did a great job and worked 2 days, the first day was a very long day. The worked through all my discrepancies with courtesy and professionalism. I'm a landlord on the side and deal with contractors on occasion. Being a somewhat perfectionist and having an appreciation for quality work, Joe and his crew were a pleasure to have install my new roof. I'm tired of shoddy work in my part time business, so I do most small jobs myself, but a 45 sq roof would be way too much, even if I had some help. I was nervous, since this was my own home and my first time using Joe as a contractor. It proved rewarding and came out very nice. There were a few small issues that I would have liked to see come out better but nothing enough to warrant anything less then all A's across the board. Thanks Joe. Will be calling you again for those big jobs!

Joe of NML provided all the background information a home owner should have when considering a roof replacement. His crew arrived punctually, removed the old roof after prepping, installed required underlayments, and shingled the roof with quality Owens-Corning shingles. When finished, the crew cleaned up thoroughly, leaving only a couple of minor items which Joe addressed. Quality all around, and at a very competitive price!

Excellent!! can not say enough about the entire experience and workmanship. The house looks beautiful, like a new home but with all the original character of a old farm house. Joe, the owner of the company was very knowledgeable, courteous and completely fair with pricing. Joe, Charlie and the entire crew were always professional and incredibly talented. NML contacting completely surpassed any and all of my expectations.

Once we connected, Joe was extremely personable and explained options, the process, and gave a better estimate than from others. His team was punctual, friendly, and he provided updates as necessary throughout. I would use his services again if needed. The roof looks great.

The owner Joe was very thorough, patient, and extremely knowledgeable in his field. He took the extra time and listened to my concerns and addressed them all in a timely fashion. His staff was hardworking, professional and did a great job with clean-up. We received multiple bids of the roof but it ultimately came down to trust and my gut. Everything went well. Had a 2 man crew that finished in one day. They were extremely friendly and hard working professionals.

NML was a very reliable contractor and Joe was great to work with. The roof had a steep pitch and different rooflines. It was completed in 1-2 days and it looks fantastic! My home looks brand new! His crew were very courteous and hardworking. I would definitely hire them again! Great service and warranty!

Joe stopped over a couple days after I called and gave me an estimate for both jobs. Since his estimate was $1,469 less than the other estimate I got and he had a number of good reviews on Angies list I went with him. The roof was done in one day and the crew did a good job with clean up. The wrap was done the next day.

The whole experience went well. Joe came over for the estimate and explained the entire job to me, provided me with samples, an explanation of the pros and cons of the different types of siding and an estimate. When the workers showed up, they went right to work. All were professional, hard working and worked the entire day. While I was told the jib would take approximately 1 1/2 weeks, the job was finished in a week. The house looks brand new and the shed and garage came out amazing. There were a few small minor issues when the job was completed, but taken care of promptly. All in all, I am extremely satisfied with the work that was done, the professionalism of everyone at NML and would highly recommend them to anyone needing work.

Joe was very responsive for our request for an estimate.price was great so we hired ,job site was always just clean and in was done very quickly.they were very mindful of our needs and did a wonderful job

It went excellent,on time everyday,they are extremely easy to work with,and they take pride in there work and it shows.my house came out awesome.there us no hidden fees,or anything like that.if you want a company that will do an excellent job,call them.I was super pleased with the whole process,from tearing down the old siding,to the finish work at the end of job.they didn't leave until they knew I was completely satisfied. It's nice to see that there still is a contractor out there that is doing excellent work

Charlie and his crew arrived promptly as scheduled to do the roofing job first. It was not a surprise to us when they discovered problems with our back roof which we have had leaking problems since it was last done in 2001. They found several broken joists as well as a lack of flashing around the dormer. Joe immediately came to the house and gave us an estimate to fix the joists, reside the dormer with vinyl siding and flash it properly. This added $2500 to our original estimate, but was well worth it...not a drop of water in the house during several rainstorms this summer! The roofing job was completed in a few days, with the job site left very clean at the end of each workday. After the roof was completed, the crew worked on siding the garage and the dormer, and also on our front porch rebuild. Our front porch and concrete steps were demolished and rebuilt with Trex decking and vinyl railing and posts. The porch is not large, but did involve a lot of detail work. After all the projects were completed, we can say that we could not be happier! Our new front porch is exactly what we wanted and we receive compliments on it all the time. The roof looks great (and does not leak!) and we love having a maintenance free garage. Joe, Charlie and the crew were a pleasure to work with and we will certainly call them in the future for our other home improvement projects.

Joe was extremely responsive. Relatively speaking, we were a small job, however Joe never made us feel that way. He picked up his phone every time I called, sent someone to take care of our issue within 48 hours, and followed up regularly. I would highly recommend them and will utilize their services in the future.

Great, looks awesome! The General contractor Joe was very helpful, attentive and patient! (We had a hard time deciding on a color...). His Project manager Charlie and his crew were very professional, skilled, efficient and friendly. They always called to let us know when they would be here or not (due to weather), were flexible with special additions I wanted (mantels over windows, special trim, painting facia rather than wrapping, etc....). Their price was far better than any other quotes we had, and we have had a ton of compliments on the house... I would highly recommend them!

Estimate was provided in a timely manner. Seemed reasonable. He provided us with a sample book of various colors of Owens Corning shingles. Joe was prompt, honest, and responsive. Joe and his crew complete the job in one day exactly as scheduled. . Original estimate was $4,400 but during the work Joe found two pieces of plywood that needed to be replaced. Additional charge was $100 which seemed quite fair. Cleanup after work was complete left grounds in pristine condition. We will receive warranty information in the mail from Owens Corning. We recommend NML without reservation.

Overall, we are very pleased with the work and with interactions with Joe Lombardo. Given horror stories of other contractors, he was very good on all fronts (if a little distracted at times by the arrival of twins). Elapsed time from my first contact to completion of the job was about 6 weeks....very good, I think. Crews were fast, courteous and efficient. Quality of the work is first rate; punchlist was negligible for such a big job. I was pleased at their repairs and they exhibited good judgment about what to fix, and what to ignore. Incremental fee for added repair work was appropriate and acceptable. Clean-up was very good (though not absolutely perfect), and they did remarkably little damage to flower beds, etc. I plan to use them again for a different property, and have no hesitation recommending them to others.

Contacted NML on Tuesday afternoon 6/21/2016 and still waiting to hear from them. They lost the business because they never called me.

NML was able to come and replace my roof as a last minute request. The team came and was very professional. My roof was removed very quickly and replaced a quickly and efficiently. NML is an Owens Corning Preferred contractor and they made sure I was well educated on the roofing process. After they were done they proved a thorough clean up and walk thru of your property to make sure you are happy.... Thank you NML
