One day, good price looks great. Joe is fair priced and his crew did a great job working on one of the hottest days of the year. They cleaned up nicely before they left.

I am so glad that I called NML to have the work done. Joe understood the situation I was in. If the problem hadn't been corrected so quickly, I would have had major rain damage to ceilings in my home. The gentleman who did the work a few days after my call explained exactly what he did. He showed me the damaged boots and even took pictures of what he found. Joe called a few days later to get my feedback. This is an excellent company to work with. I highly recommend them for any roofing needs you might have.

The job went very well. I am extremely pleased with the outcome. Joe came to my house on several occasions at the beginning to be able to give me an accurate estimate. He went out of his way to find solutions for issues that came up during the job. The house is 90 years old and is challenging to work on, but Joe and his team found solutions to the problems. The crew was very hard working and made my house look brand new. I am very pleased.

First called Joe in July 2017, requesting est. on replacement windows. He said taking vacation and will call back. Joe called late 2017, weather too bad. Called Joe again May 2018, he repeated was going on vacation and would call me upon return. He did not take my number, seemed to rely on CID. As of today I have not received any contact from him. Joe was cordial as I but, he never followed through. Bad business practice. I went with another company for my windows. Will not call NML Contracting & Roofing for any future service.

Team did an amazing job. They were able to do the roof on our house as well as our shed all in one day. This is our second job with the team ( The first was new siding) and we’ve been very pleased with both jobs. This company has our highest recommendation.

Joe and his team were fantastic. From the beginning, Joe spent significant time educating me on roofing and siding options. He does a lot of work in the Capital DIstrict so he was able to point us to homes with siding/roofing colors we were interested in so that we could see past the 2 in squares available in the sample books. Joe was extremely responsive prior to and during the job. We had a few minor, last minute changes which he handled without an issue. Joe contracts out his crew and they were fantastic too. They were timely, professional and did quality work. I could tell they were in regular contact with Joe - when I mentioned a change of work to the lead, Joe would contact me about it that day. Beyond the work - these were some great guys. I have two young kids who greeted the crew every morning. The crew was great to them - having morning convos and talking sports. It felt good leaving my house in their hands every day. Joe's estimate was reasonable and he stayed within that estimate throughout the project. The only overages were ones that I initiated. When presented with changes, Joe was clear about what the change would cost careful that there were no surprises in the end I will be doing other major projects to my house and Joe will be my first call. We also recommend him to anyone looking for work

Joe and his whole crew at NML made what could have been a huge headache into a fairly smooth and easy process. He underpromised and overdelivered...Just how I like it. Instead of taking two days to reroof our entire home as promised, the crew worked tirelessly from start to finish and got it done in just a day. They also replaced 2 skylights for us, which was a bit tricky since the sizes of skylights come only in standard sizes. Our skylights were old (and therefore old sizes), so they had to do a bit of framing in order to fit the new skylights in. Even with that, they finished in a day. It's not a small roof either. And the skylights have been watertight and work like a charm. They were professional and fairly priced, and I was treated with respect every step of the way. As a woman who has dealt with a lot of contractors, I especially appreciate the respect they showed me. Never did I feel like I was talked down to or left out of the loop on purpose. Joe made sure at the end of the job that everything looked as it should. We all ended the day laughing and me thankful that they worked so hard and did such a great job. Given that the roof has been through a few rainstorms and some snow now, I can confidently give these guys 5 stars and recommend them without hesitation. The roof looks beautiful, and more importantly, keeps us dry!!! Thanks NML!! You guys rock.

Joe was very responsive in setting up a good day and time to come out and inspect the roof and again when he sent Ben out to do the repairs. I got phone calls notifying me what time they would arrive and they were always on time. Very reasonable price and I appreciate the excellent customer service they provided me when I just had a small job for them. Thanks fellas! I will recommend your services and you'll be my first call if I need anything else.

This contractor contacted me a few days after my initial call. We set a day for an estimate and I was suppose to receive a call for a definite time. The call never came, I called again leaving a message. I never received another call or response from this company. Very unprofessional.

We were very happy that we hired NML to put a new roof on our home. Joe was very prompt in calling us to set up an appointment for a quote. He was very informative telling us about what and how things would be done. We were hoping for a quick turn around and we couldn't have been happier. He and his crew arrived exactly when they said they would. They were very professional and got the job done in one day. We are very happy with the results and would definitely hire NML again.

Joe and the staff at NML Contracting are very professional and experts at their jobs. They use quality materials and explain the whole process of what they will be doing when they install the roof. You can rest assured that no corners are cut and they clearly have pride in their work as well as a good work ethic. They even offer an extended warranty for the life of the roof. NML is very busy but they even found time to go out of their way to fit a consult in as well as scheduling the job. Everything ran smoothly and the crew was polite and had their routine down. They are a nice team with a lot of great personalities. Even when they came across unexpected problems, they were smart about fixing them to ensure a sound roof. They cleaned up everything and made it easy for the customer. I would highly recommend them and plan on using the company for a future job with windows as well!

NML Construction did a great job and was very prompt to respond to my inquiry to get this fixed. During the initial contact, they knew exactly what the problem was when I told them what had happened. They were very prompt to come over and fix the problem. They also found a 2nd vent where the rubber had corroded worse than the one that leaked. They fixed that as well. I have had to have minor work done in the past, and normally other contractors were impossible to get over to make such a small repair. NML was not only prompt but very professional. They had scheduled someone to arrive at 8:30 however he arrived at 8:15. All in all I had a great experience with contractor and I would recommend them to anyone.

Joe met with me to discuss the replacement of the vinyl siding to the front of my home. Joe pointed out the difference between the siding on my home and the "typical" siding being installed on homes today. Joe worked up an estimate that covered all possible costs for replacing the siding with the proper materials and still came in over $1k LESS than the next company i contacted for an estimate. After signing the contract to get started I met with Dave (the on site lead) and went over the work to be done and answered any questions he had. Dave and his crew or two were punctual, courtesy, professional, detailed and did an excellent job. The repair did not go as smoothly as we had planned for because after removing some old siding from our garage area, Dave uncovered some water damage that had caused the plywood to rot down to the studs. The cost to repair the water damage was much less than I thought it would be. The entire job, to include the water damage, was completed in 3 business days and at a reasonable cost for all involved. It was a pleasure to work with Joe, Dave and their team.

Joe and one of his trusted roofers (I can't remember his name) did a great job. Communication was good from start to finish. Also, the job was a little more difficult due to unforeseen rotted boards. But they still finished the same day and did a great job.

Joe and his crew do amazing work. They re-built my garage and put a new roof on the garage and the entire house and it looks great! In fact, it looks better than it did before. I cannot say enough about how quick and professional the entire job went. I would recommend Joe and NML Contracting and Roofing without a doubt.

Joe responded quickly and we made an appointment for an estimate. He arrived on time. He was informative and we felt comfortable with his estimate. The chimney work was subcontracted. They were great and did nice job. The roof work went quickly, looks fantastic and we no longer have to worry about leaks! Even in this wet spring! The inside of the attic had more debris than we expected but we know now that happens with all the removal and installation of the new roof. Overall, we are very happy with our experience with Joe and NML.

Hired Joe for new roof, after he did a marvelous job for us on windows back in 2015. As always, Joe was informative, his crew was prompt, clean up was immaculate, they were done in 1 day and I have the most beautiful roof on the street! Couldn't be happier with the roofing project.

Joe and crew showed up on time and completed 40 square roof in one day.. They had to coordinate with foam insulation contractors and this was not a problem. After job was completed they cleaned up everything.

We had an excellent experience with NML Contracting, residing about half of our house (other half is brick). Price was good, markedly lower than a couple of other estimates for a similar or even better product. Joe Lombardo was straightforward and informative about the work being done; the crews on site were considerate; the final punchlist was completed right away and without any disputes. We had many weather delays in what should have been a much quicker job, but Joe kept us informed of the timeline and worked with us on keeping usable space.

The crew arrived early as promised, they started work at 8:00 A.M. and worked through the day without a break other than 15 minutes for pizza and a drink. I spent most of the day watching them, they completed the job with a thorough clean up at 7:30 P.M. This is part of the e-mail message that I sent to Joe Lombardo, the owner, after the job was completed. "Joe, Just wanted to tell you that the crew did an exceptional job on the roof and the cleanup was great. I have to say that I have never seen any group of men work at that pace for that long. Really impressive! I watched Vernon’s (site supervisor) interaction with the crew for most of the day, he had me laughing out loud." They did a thoroughly awesome and professional job, I'm very satisfied.
