Itâ s difficult to answer the value for the money question right after it is installed. We havenâ t used it yet. Dustin was fantastic!. Great personality and he did a great job. Kept us informed all the way.

My installer was Dustin W. He was fantastic. The job was perfect with everything he did. The shower was perfect. He cleaned up the area. I could not be more satisfied.

Trevor and Kevin (installers) were knowledgeable, polite, friendly, and very respectful of our home and property. They took special care to protect our floors snd intricate molding. And, they cleaned up totally before they left! Thanks for the great job, guys! The only reason customer service got 4 stars rather than 5 was because this was the 3rd job NewPro has done for us, but on all three jobs the installation date was changed at the last minute.

The few times that weâ  ve needed service it was completed at scheduled time and Service Techs were knowledgeable and friendly. We recommend New Pro.

Trevor and Devon did great work, even advising of, and repairing, insect damage below the door. Clean-up was great and amount of time spent on the 2 door replacements didn't disrupt the day.
