My complete experience with NewPro was excellent. From the first visit to my home by the sales representative (Josh) who explained all of the features that we selected including extras. We selected the Kohler Lux stone wallk in shower which is the Cadilac version. Only Kohler sells the Lux Stone that they developed and NewPro is their exclusive dealer. I will say that NewPro isn't the least expensive walk in shower on the market, but the Lohler Lux Stone walk in shower is the best, in my opinion. It was explained that the installation would take two days to complete and it was more like 1.5 days. My installer (Joe) was excellent. The first thing that he did was to go over the details of the contract to make sure everything was covered and asked where we wanted the hand rails installed, along with the shelving assy. So, Joe had the complete demolition of the old fiberglass tub/shower along with the existing sheet rock walls . So, everything back to the studs as specified. This also included all of the copper plumbing and pvc drain down into the basement. He then installed the pan and all of the new green board sheet rock except the area where the new copper plumbing would go. Then the plumber showed up to install the new copper plumbing and pvc drain. Then (Joe) showed up the second day and finished the green board and the rest of the shower. The workmanship is excellent and (Joe) cleaned up the bathroom area before he left. (Joe) was very personably and well spoken and very very knowledgeable of the complete process including the plumbing. He answered all of my questions immediately and accurately. I also told him that I wanted to take pictures with my camera for history to include with all of the pics I took when I had this house built. He said that anytime I wanted to takes pics, just walk in and have at it. I am so very happy that I selected NewPro to be my contractor because they are the best for all facets of the job. It is a well run company. There was only one minor issue and that was the two special mounting screws that hold the towel rack onto the glass sliding doors were missing from the kit. Joe explained this and showed me the reorder form and said that it would take 7 to 10 days for the parts to come in and a call from NewPro to set up a day to install the towel rack. I believe it was a total of 10 days and the technician (Greg) showed up in the middle of the time slot I was given. He also called me when he was 8 minutes out which was a nice touch. He to was excellent and took about 15 minutes to complete the job. He to was very personably and customer friendly. The last issue I want to mention is the payment terms. NewPro uses a 3rd party payment company call Green something. I have up to 18 months to pay off the charges without incurring any interest. You don't have to make any payment to the end if you would like. Green etc will send you a monthly invoice that you don't have to pay until the end, but they do show you the interest that is acuring so I would make sure that the total is paid off before that. The hot tub installation, led by Kevin S of NewPro, went flawlessly. The workers were professional and friendly; they efficiently and cleanly completed the installation, making sure to keep me updated with their progress, and with issues (which were minimal) and their resolutions. At the conclusion of the work, Kevin thoroughly and clearly reviewed the instructions for use and maintenance of the tub. In addition, he assured me that NewPro will be available to maintain and repair the tub.
