Kelton, our installer/job leader, not only did an exceptional install job, he was polite, timely, communicative and overall made this bath/shower overhaul a pleasant experience from start to finish. He worked his tail off and (even came on a Saturday in 98% humidity and still had a great attitude)! He did a phenomenal job leveling, managing roadblocks, (we had a few!) and expedited everything to ensure the job was done quickly, efficiently, and professionally. Very pleased with him and all of the team members from NewPro on this project. Will be using this company for future projects (windows, and roofing etc) Very pleased from all angles!

Did not hire Most of your recommended pro's are annoying constantly calling. you speak to one person and two hours later another individual is calling you back asking the exact same question

Technician was professional and knowledgeable. He is a credit to NEWPRO and I hope they realize what a great employee they have.

The price was a bit high but Leo, the installer, was great and worked continuously doing a fantastic job. Extremely nice fellow. Stripped everything down to the base walls and rebuilt everything from the bottom up. Shower looks great and works great too.
