Description of Work: Came promptly in response to holes in ground dug probably by a skunk several times. However skunk hadn't been back for a couple of days when the tech came. I was impressed that his advice was to wait and call him if it happened again, but that quite possibly the skunk wouldn't be back. That was true. He provided a professional discussion about the problem, but his services weren't needed as it turned out

Description of Work: Closed up holes in the roof. Installed a slide so that bats could slide out and could not get in. This service is guaranteed for 2 years. Handwritten guarantee was somewhat scary but otherwise good service.

Description of Work: Heard critters chewing up my house- they had got in through an old exhaust cover. Meerkat came out same day & set traps attached to the house. Came back the next day to check & remove...replaced the traps & came out a final time to remove traps & cover openings. And we've been critter free since! Very pleased with the service & professionalism!
