After assessing Luizzi's professional work on a nearby driveway I was convinced that they were the company I wanted to replace my old driveway. I was very satisfied with the new driveway and their impeccable customer service, satisfying any of my finalizing requests. I highly recommend their services.

Terrible customer service. Luizzi’s crew showed up at the wrong address and performed work on my neighbor’s house instead of mine. My neighbor sent me texts and pictures of what had happened. I called Luizzi’s to report the problem. Luizzi’s never got back to me until the next day. Total failure of communication about their mistake or the status of the work on my property. On the phone, the owners (Vanessa and Bryant) were completely unprofessional. Although she is an owner, Vanessa “recused” herself from the mess her company created. Then, the next day, when I requested an accommodation for the inconvenience and frustration I had experienced, Bryant screamed at me on the phone and falsely accused me of making racial slur against my neighbor. Will never use this company again. The worst customer service that I have ever received.

I had an old faded driveway with some pretty substantial cracks. I wasn't sure if just sealcoating it would do much but figured something was better than nothing. and WOW was I impressed. They thoroughly cleaned and edged the sides. They filled all the cracks. When I got home it looked like a brand new driveway. I have a huge driveway and it was Definitely worth every penny. I'd recommend them hands down.

Our landscaper had dug out the area to expand our driveway. Then we realized we MUST get it filled and finished this fall. Luizzi Bros. was able to schedule it within two weeks of our call to them. They filled it (with whatever pavers fill it with) put in binder and asphalt. They were professional, prompt and neat. Now we have the room to park our RV.
