Excellent. We would recommend them to anyone. They are very professional. They introduce themselves and explain what they are doing. The results for the lawn are outstanding.

I had used Lawn Dawg for years and then they changed their service from excellent to poor. They asked for another chance and I rehired them. They promised their "old" service. They did not deliver. My lawn was full of weeds. When I called they did send a tech out but not much changed. They constantly want to upset on additional services. I wish the Lawn Dawg of past with excellent service was back but it is not. Stay away.

I'll say it's good and they have their local office. They're prompt and they do what they say they're going to do. They get back to you and also respond to your concerns.

Everyone in the office, and all of the technicians who have come to the house, have been wonderful! They've gone out of their way to be helpful and make everything easy for us.

Bottom line: after using Lawn Dawg for a full season, our lawn was in the worst shape it's been in in over 20 years. We have an in-ground sprinkler system that worked well throughout the season, so it's not a lack of water. We had Lawn Dawg come out a couple of times during the season to show them the issues, but nothing changed. Can't say whether they used improper treatment, didn't use enough of some treatment, or what. Just know that our lawn speaks for itself.

It went very well. We used them in 2013 and we got a decent discount for renewing before 3/31/2014 and full payment for the 2014 season up front. In 2013 they were consistent, punctual and professional. In 2013 we would receive an email, usually a week before the next scheduled visit, advising us the day to expect their technician. Unless it was raining and the weather prevented them from applying the fertilizer and/or weed killer, they showed up the day we expected them. The email also offered us to contact them to change the date if we wanted to. If we still had too many weeds, dandelions, etc., we would call them after about 2 weeks and they would do a follow up visit for no additional cost. Our lawn was in BAD shape so they had their work cut out for them. We decided to go with them again this year because they combined some of the services and it saved us money as well as we like dealing with them. Their office staff and technicians are all very nice to deal with and always professional. I'm an email type of person and I don't like to use the phone much. I can email them and usually get a response that day. On the few occasions I called them I got an immediate response.

Very average service that fell off during the 2013 season. They always rushed the job, tearing around on heavy equipment that sometimes damaged the lawn. They applied the fall fertilizer way too early in the season. The grass was sparse and spongy and we were plagued with grubs which brought the moles. I would not use them again.

Depending upon the technician that showed up to apply services, (i.e. numerous fertilizers, core aeration, overseeding, limestone, etc.) during the year, some were great, some were ok. The ok tech missed some areas as my lawn will attest to because dandelions were absent all around the perimeter in our back yard but very abundant in the middle. Also the driveway and sidewalks had fertilizer left on them.

They sped around and could not possibly treat lawn effectively and always said they were correct. Two years and my lawn looked worse than it ever did. My new provider shaped it up in one year

I've never had any problems with them. They do what I ask them to do. The price hasn't gone up for years. They send an email before they come and the technicians talks to you to tell you what he is going to do and what he would like for you to do in response to what they do.

Excellent. They are outstanding. HAve been using this company for 3 years. Stopped using a competitor. Very happy we switched.

I had been to my lawn last year and it looks like a mess. I went with a different contractor (Lawn Dawg). In the end, the lawn didn't really come out that good. One thing I didn't really like was that the seeds and fertilizer just seem like they got from Home Depot or something, not from a company that provides a more integrated system.

Never showed. No follow-up.

We didn't think the seeding took and we called them and they came back and they were prompt in coming back. It turned out everything was fine. They did their job when they said they were going to do it and they responded very promptly to our inquiries.

After the initial early/late spring treatments we were disappointed. We had a lot of weeds in certain sections of our lawn and the treatments didn't seem to touch those sections. But we called lawn dawg and a technician came over the next day, walked around and did agree that the 2 sections of the lawn that we were concerned about did not receive as much treatment as needed so at that visit they added additional treatment free of charge. After that we saw improvement in the lawn throughout the summer months. Our neighbors actually told us we had the best lawn on the street. We have already paid the overall cost for 2013 lawn treatments.

The service is good. I think my lawn is greener and looks better than my neighbor's yard. It is also a lot cheaper compared to other companies I have used in the past. They do very well.

They do a good job. I called recently to ask why I inquired four lawn treatments. They told me right away that the PH balance was not up to standards and said it was required. They answered my question satisfactorily. The price is comparable to other companies.
