Lawn Dawg - Albany

They're fine. They do good work. I haven't had any problems with them. I believe their pricing is pretty much in line with everyone else. Their quality is fine. They leave the area perfectly clean. They're quick, quiet and very nice.

They did a good job. I do not know whether I am going to hire them again, but they did what they said they would do. I was okay with that. They came when they were supposed to and their technicians are knowledgeable. Their price was for the fertilizer and stuff and I added on some services because my lawn was in pretty bad shape. There were at least three different technicians that came out.

We actually head about them though a neighbor who doesn't use them anymore I don't know why, convenience I have a dog and that's why I started with them, I have a dog so I only had to keep the dog in for like an hour, hour and half after the treatment.

Some of the treatments are extra, whenever they come out they just send us the bill. Some are more expensive than others but you know it all works out.

They are excellent. Their punctuality is excellent and their professionalism is fine. There are no problems. I have already signed up with them. I am satisfied with their overall performance.

Good. They show up when they say they will. Tech speaks with you about treatment and recommendations,

very well. We opted to "pay as we go" vs. paying for the whole season and this company really did that well. They call or email before coming, and the person ding the treatment is always helpful and informative.

We used with two houses, and our lawns are the best in the neighborhood.

They usually come out in April or May.

It was good. They come six times a year. I will use them depending on the price. They do their job. They come out and spray. I have been using them for two years.

It worked out very well, I actually still use them. They have come out every year for the last 6 years, so I’ve been using them for a long time. For everything, it’s probably $300 annually. I’m not really sure how many people come out, I’m never home, they just do it in the middle of the day, one. I'm assuming it takes maybe 20 minutes, I honestly don’t know, because they do everything outside, I’m not home. Leaves the area completely clean, no issues. I’ve never had an issue with any of my treatments and they are affordable, so overall I’m satisfied.

Customer service is not in Albany area but is very responsive to your request. When the service tech came out he went out of his way to talk to us about what to expect from the company and what they can offer down the line in the spring.

arrived as scheduled, performed services as requested, noted grub issues and applied grub control to effected areas, detailed services report...very satisfied overall

Lawn Dawg provides far superior service than Green Thumb (my previous lawn service). Lawn Dawg's staff is professional and courteous and have addressed all issues the previous service did not. Lawn Dawg is on time and prompt for all scheduled services. Lawn Dawg provides follow-up after each service to inquire if the customer is satisfied. I HIGHLY recommend Lawn Dawg and most definitely renew my service contract for the new year!

Since using Lawn Dawg (over 10 years), my lawn has improved greatly and continues to be in great shape. I get a lot of compliments from my neighbors about my lawn.

Service was fully performed on schedule for the front lawn and backyard. Areas were well marked indicating treatment applied. I have contracted with Lawn Dawg for 14 years and my lawn looks beautiful. The grass looks like dark green velvet. While my neighbors are inundated with dandelions, my lawn is dandelion-free. Picture perfect!

It was alright. I think I actually prefer the results from TruGreen which I have used before. The price was a little less money than TruGreen; that is why I took them. Their punctuality is fine.

Lawn was in awful shape, after the pesticide and fertilizer treatments it is starting to come around. Bills are sent via email and are easy to pay, scheduled maintenance is also tracked online and it is very clear what you are getting (by liquid oz) and what work is being done. Also like that they take care of Soldiers lawns for free while they are deployed
