Ok, they doubled my price after I used them for 3 years because they said they made a mistake of SF. calculation.

They've always worked out well. They're very good and very responsive. Whatever problems we've ever had, they've always addressed them. Our experience with them is very positive.

We had some issues with some applications they were suppose to put on. They eventually work with us to solve problem. Sometimes they say they will come a certain day but they don't.

The are generally pretty good. There is a weed in our lawn that they can't seem to kill. It just keeps spreading. They keep the lawn looking green. Our neighbors don't use Lawn Dawg, and you can see the difference on our property line.

I have been using them for a number of years. They are prompt, on time and offer suggestions on how to improve the lawn.

I have a yearly contract with them. They always notify us through email when they will be coming and are very accommodating. They are prompt and I am satisfied with their service. A lot of our neighbors now use Lawn Dawg.

They’ve been very good up until now. They are very punctual and we’re happy with them. We’ve used them for years so we’re very satisfied with them. They are pretty prompt and if they don’t get something done right, they always come back and take care of it. Their pricing is comparable with everyone else. I have nothing to compare them to because we had them for a long time. If they do fertilization for weeds and then we find that we have weeds, they’ll come back and take care of it. They always call and say they will be at a certain day to do the job. You don’t have to call them, they’ll call you and they are very punctual about how the contract runs.

They're average. I'm not using them this coming season. I just didn't see the value at their craft.

I've had them for the last five or maybe seven years. I signed up for another year. They send me an e-mail as to when they're coming. Every session has a different application. I just sign it and they come four or five times a year. The last couple of years I've not been happy and I'm not sure if it's them or what's going on with our lawn. They've known that I have not been happy. They let me know every time they're coming and I don't have to be here for them to apply what they need. If I am here and I have a question I will go out and talk to them. They're always here when they say they're going to be. They don't give us time, but they're usually here in the morning before it gets hot. They've been very professional. I might see five dandelions as opposed to years ago when the whole lawn was full of dandelions.

It went very well. I think their price is going up this year, but last year, price was an A. One person came out for the service.

I have probably used them for like seven to ten years. I pay for the entire year. Their price seems very competitive. They are very good. They tell you upfront what they are going to do. They notify you like if an advance of them are coming out to do stuff and they tell you what they are going to do at that time. Also when they do finish their work, they tell you if there is anything more that should be done or they think could be better to be done. So, they are very proactive in that remark. The workers are the best. These guys are really good. They take an interest in their work and they answer any question or anything at all.

We are very, very happy with them. When they're supposed to come, they come.

It went fine. They are always on time. We are always keeping up with the lawn mowing as quickly as they are getting over here for fertilization. We are happy with what they did and we recommend them.

If you live locally I would recommend Lawn Dawg in a heart beat. They are fantastic. There is no reservations at all.

It worked out fine. They are very thorough and if you have any questions, they will walk you around your property and you can ask any question. The workers are very professional and knowledgeable.

Their service was horrible. I didn't get the last treatment done. I am going back to the company I used before. I told the manager, who is in New Hampshire, that I wasn't going to pay extra for the items that were outside the basic list. They have a very short list that is for the basic standard service. Anything you want them to do besides the basic service is extra. I questioned them when they gave me their proposal, and I looked at him and said, "What is this"? He told me that almost everything was included. They wouldn't do anything without charging extra. The pricing would've been okay because I compared it to other companies I have used. They have similar prices to other companies, but everything else that you might want would cost extra. This would then triple the price. They wanted to do one more treatment, but I said no. They came back to do two more treatments, but the whole season had gone by and my grass had gotten real bad. I was very disappointed in them.

We had them last year and it was very good. We're booking them again for this year because we liked it so much and it did our lawn good. My son also used them and he was pleased. It's a little pricey, but we thought it was worth it. They let us know if they couldn't make it.

They are fabulous. I think their price is fair. I suppose you could always find better but I think you are gonna pay for what you get. They really are outstanding, fantastic. I used to have another service company and they were just no comparison. They are already lined up for next year. They are professional, responsive, and quality of work. They usually tell me when they are coming. If it is not convenient, they change it right away and their turn around time is maybe a week if I have to change it. It's not like they disappear and I don't see them again. I am telling you they are outstanding. Really. I keep going back to them because of their customer service. They really are very thorough and they go out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied and comfortable with the service and the process and everything. They are very very very professional and intelligent. It is a intelligently professional run company.

It has been a fine experience. The price is okay. It has been very satisfactory. They leave the area clean. I've used them for years.

They do a very good job. They are the best. They show up when they say they are going to come, but you do not need to be home when they come. They just do the lawn. I am using them again. If I were going to recommend them to a friend or a family member, I would say that they are reliable and they get the work done.

We have had them for years and we have always been very pleased. We have a renewable contract and we keep using them. Usually, there is one person who does it each time, but it is a different person. It takes them half-an-hour to finish the service. They are professional. The thing they really do well is what we ask them to do which is fertilizing our lawn.

I have been using them for years. The cost depends upon the type of treatment. The summer treatments, like fertilization, is like $67 and the aeration is like $200. I pay $700 or $800 a year. I've used them for so many years and I don't know how to compare the price. Sometimes, their aeration is disappointing maybe because of the timing and the weather but my lawn is a lot better than if I didn't have them. They are punctual. When they say they will come, they will really come. They have a program for the lawn and they execute it.

I enjoyed them very much. Their service deliverers are here when they say they will be here. They cover the ground they say they will. They always provide me with a report which not only shows what they did and what chemicals or biological treatments they gave, but also if they found difficulties or things I should pay attention to. They are very, very pleasant. I'm very pleased with them. I just renewed again. I pay by the year. They provide the before spring stuff. I don't really have a way to judge, I didn't shop around before hand, before you get right down to the chemicals or whatever the treatments is, plus the time plus the reputation of the company, that's an awful lot of digging. I'm just pleased with what I have. I think the price is reasonable. But I couldn't tell you if it actually reasonable or not, I just believe it is. I just don't know for sure. They are very thorough. They take their time. When I've asked them to respond, they've been right on top of it. They don't give me a time, they give me a day. They show up on the day their suppose to. They also tell me if they can't come on that day. So if they promise me they'll be there on March 1st and theirs a freak snow storm on March 1st, they reschedule it for another date. They promise it and then show up. Very professional. I've already renewed. They're here when they say will be. They tell you exactly what their going to do and then they tell you what they did in writing. They answer any questions you have. They take their time to do it correctly. They point out any difficulties they think you should look into, whether or not it's lawn related (I mean it's usually lawn related). I'm very pleased. They workers are terrific. I tend to see the same one or two individuals each time. They always provide me with a discount for next year if I renew early. They always follow up if I say I'm interested and I'm not to firm with a date. They're good. I think we're starting the third year we've been together.

We've had no problems with them. We pay $320 per year. I've never had an issue that I have to call them. They schedule the service and they come out. They're very good. The workers are very nice. I've used them for three or four years now.
