We are pleased to learn that you have been satisfied with our service and are appreciative of the courtesy service pre-notifications. It is our mission to provide the best service in our industry - this means being respectful of your property and keeping you informed. We strive to always be prompt and arrive on the day that we’ve stated in your notification. For your convenience, it is not required for you to be home. You are always welcome to let us know if there is a conflict in schedule, or if there are any questions or concerns you would like your Specialist to address. Our Customer Service team is committed to ensuring your Lawn Specialist is aware of any concerns that require our attention. We apologize if we have not announced ourselves upon arrival. This is an additional aspect of our Customer Service Commitment to you. We promise to always knock on your front door and/or ring a doorbell, to open up communication between you and your Specialist. Should you not be home, the Specialist will perform the treatment as the program entails and will provide pertinent notes and recommendations. In addition, we will email you later that evening or the following day, with an After-Service Email, to be sure the service information is received. Lastly, as part of NY State Law they do require us to have signed agreements in order to provide lawn care services, so we must abide by this law for best business practices.
