Our email system was going crazy. Constantly shutting down or not sending or sending a day later. I thought maybe a virus or something to that nature. We ended up calling around and just did not feel comfortable with anyone we spoke with. Then I was actually at a local restaurant The Barnsider and saw an ad for IT TechStop so I called not expecting much, and I was completely surprised at the friendly voice on the other end. We met with one of the head associates, Jim and he was not only very upfront and honest with our options and potential problems but he was funny and easy to speak with.
Description of Work: We use IT TechStop for all our companies IT needs. These guys are very professional and at the same time personable. They don't talk down to you as not everyone understands computers. They explain different options and the benefits of each. I have recommended them to a number of local companies and everyone who has selected to use them are very happy and feel the same way. These guys know what they're doing and are just great people!
