Description of Work: They installed the alarm system. The monitoring is twenty-two dollars a month which is very reasonably for this area.

+ -1 moreWHAT I LIKED ABOUT THEM IS THAT THEY CAME WHEN THE BUILDER NEEDED THEM TO AND THEY GOT THE JOB DONE. WE HAVE HAD SOME ANNOYANCES WITH THE FIRE ALARMS, THERE'S SO MANY OF THEM, BUT THAT'S CODE. I DON'T THINK THAT'S THEIR FAULT. WE'VE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK THEY'VE DONE. IT'S CERTAINLY STOOD THE TEST OF TIME.
Description of Work: THEY MONITOR THE HOUSE FOR FIRE AND INTRUSION, BASICALLY FOR ALL MONITORING SERVICES.

+ -1 moreIT WAS EXCELLENT, THEY'VE BEEN A GOOD COMPANY. I'VE BEEN USING THEM FOR YEARS. I WAS SURPRISED THAT THE CABLE COMPANY AND THE ALARM COMPANY WEREN'T ON THE SAME LEVEL. THEY HAD TO CHANGE THE PHONE SYSTEM ALMOST COMPLETELY BACK TO ANALOG WHICH MADE ME LOSE SOME OF MY CAPABILITIES.
Description of Work: THEY HAD TO WORK ON THEIR SYSTEM AND CHANGE HOW IT WAS DOING ITS CALL OUT PROTOCOL ON THE TELEPHONE.
