Everyone at Hurricane has been very pleasant and helpful to deal with. Their customer service really sets them apart from other home providers. They were able to install our tankless hot water system and RO water system in less time and for a better price than anyone else. They also have been responsive to service questions and any follow-up questions. Great experience compared to other companies in the upstate NY area.

They came to my home explained in great detail what they were going to do ! After completing there work they put the generator into test mode then went into the basement to test the rest of the system ! It was all good nice guys from the telephone call to the repair/adjustment of the equipment great job !

Hurricane Home Solutions put in our generator with lots of expertise and perseverance since it was done during pouring rain. We'll have to wait to see how the generator works during our many blackouts in the winter.

From the initial consultation to the installation of our water treatment and purification system, Hurricane Home Solutions Inc was informative and professional. They answered all my questions and concerns (this is the first property I own with well water). The installation went smooth and the technician explained the system very clearly before he left. We have had our system in place for almost a year with no issues.

The Technician was professional and answered all questions. The service was good, on time. I have to call back for some finishing, to put a seal around the wires holes to prevent the student and insect from coming inside the house. Otherwise, the service was good
