Well I would just like to say that my experience was Great. The salesman Ishmail was very knowledgeable and professional about all the products he was selling me and my wife.He tested our current water and figured out exactly what system we needed to make our water the Best . His crew was very knowledgeable as well and polite. They explained what they were doing and why through out the job. My son had a whole house generator installed by this company. Very pleased. I had a whole house generator installed also. Had a water softener installed too. They did a great job. From start to finish the process was great, first the representative explained everything throughly, answered all our questions, We had done research on the different kinds of backup home generators quality, and pricing we received a very fair quote. The installers where everything you could ask for, they explained the process of installation to us prior to starting, they where knowledgeable, polite, neat, and precise in there work.

I was connected with Hurricane Home Solutions through Home Advisor regarding a backup home generator. Steve came to the house very quickly and did a great job of LISTENING to my needs and explaining options. We agreed on what to purchase and he offered me a discount if I chose an open date that he had due to a cancellation. That was a win-win. As he was leaving, I mentioned that we may be interested in a water filter as another project. I had no idea they did those as well. Again, Steve took the time to LISTEN to our needs and offer options. I have to tell you, I don t like being up selled and this was not at all like that. We were pulling for information and Steve was giving us options. We settled on a bundled deal for the water system and generator. Both installations were timely and well done. We had some problems with the water drain (that wasn t their fault) and the communication and responsiveness were great. I m pleased and would strongly recommend.

Impeccable customer service. Steve came to give us a quote it was our first quote but we knew right then that we wanted them. For the first time in my experience of recieving quotes it felt more like an informational conversation not at all like a sales pitch. I had the utmost confidence in them and they delivered. After doing more research we did infact find that their prices were the best for the quality. We have already recommended hurricane home solutions to our family.
