Description of Work: "When you first meet Will he seems like a very nice guy eager to help get your new home to exactly how you wanted it. Once the work started (much later than we had planned and expected) a switch flipped. Painting the interior of the house was done poorly. Prep/finish work was not up to a par, cleanliness of the house during and after turnover was not good and the condition that we moved into should never have been allowed. Most wall mounted items (towel bars both large and small and even the lights) were not installed leaving us with dark rooms our first weekend there. Will said that they're not done until we are happy, yet we had to give payment for the painting (after constant hounding) and questions I have about the painting remain unanswered. Will himself has not walked through the house with me since the painting was completed (something always comes up). We were also left with waste from both the painters and the people building the wall in the garage. |A fence which was done in one day was done almost a week and a half later than promised, causing us to send two dogs to doggie day care. Will knew this and would repeat it back but there was now visible drive or desire to actually get his people to do the work on the time table he promised. | There is also just a lack of communication and organization on his part. There is a disconnect between what I tell Will and what he tells his workers/suppliers. I had to tell Will in person/phone/email and text for him to get the correct colors for the interior painting. The roof color was still ordered the wrong color (thankfully we like the color they installed) even after telling him at least four time which color we wanted."

Description of Work: After looking for someone to install a dishwasher and do some other minor work, I received a phone call from the owner, Vince. He gave us a great price for the install and I went ahead and ordered the dishwasher. He told me to give him a heads up as to when it would be delivered and he would come to install it. I notified him by email a week before informing him of the day it would be delivered. I received an email 2 days later saying he would call me on Saturday, no call. I called the day before my delivery to let him know the time it would be delivered, asked for a call back....no call. I called the day it was delivered to ask if he could please let me know if he was coming or not as the dishwasher is sitting in my kitchen.....no call. Received an email at 10pm indicating the work couldn't be until next week, by this time I had moved on to another handyman.
