Window quality was very good, and installers were professional, knew what they were doing and cleaned up everything before they left!

We bought them here but had contractor install, great prices!

We worked with Geoff in the kitchen cabinet department. He drew up plans for our kitchen remodel and made various useful suggestions. He always took into consideration our desires and needs and overall was very helpful. He even applied several discounts that we were unaware of which saved us on the cost of the cabinets. The experience was quite pleasant and I would recommend them. (Geoff had since retired; see Mary G. She is just as pleasant and helpful.)

Used them for the renovations in the kitchen and I was satisfied, but for the granite installation I was not satisfied. There was a sink that was not properly installed. They didn't use the sufficient clips for an undermount stainless steal sink in granite. After a year and half, the sink seperated from the granite. After a lot of phone calls back and forth, they finally agreed to reset the sinks, but used the same amount of clips. When I called them about it, they said that's the way we do it. I reminded them that had caused the earlier problem. Since then, they have not returned calls. I was told by the installers "this is how they do all granite installations." I finally had to pay someone else to glue on extra clips. Time will tell if this will be okay.

The only problem that I have with Home Depot is that they subcontract the work out. I do not like that, because I do not know about the quality of the workmanship beforehand. The man who came out and measured for the insulation did not measure very well, because they were short for the installation. They were very straight forward when they discovered the issue. Other than the mis-measurement everything went fine. It did end up costing me about six hundred dollars more than the original estimate. I felt that the price was fair. They were not however straightforward with me about the President recalling the rebate for doing insulation work, which I think would have been nice to know.

They were great. They were a little more expensive, but it is worth it to know you are getting a good job. They allowed us to pay it off for a year without interest. They were very clean and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

The sales people were helpful. We had to buy a certain size for the space we had and the suggestions they made were good. They had to order the refrigerator and they delivered it when they said they would.

I am absolutely thrilled with my new kitchen. Geoff Martin, the designer at home depot, was absolutely wonderful to work with and the contractor Greg Mueller and his son were awesome. Cabinets and appliances were delivered when promised and Greg and his son showed up promptly when promised and the result of their work in remodeling my kitchen is fantastic. The price was reasonable and the results outstanding. Anyone in the Albany area who wants their kitchen remodelled should check out home depot. It was easy and fast. All materials arrived when promised. There were a couple nicks in two cabinet doors but everything else is perfect and home depot is replacing the doors. I bought Kraft maid cabinets and GE appliances.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS CERTAINLY VERY GOOD. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN, AFTER ALL THESE YEARS, I REALLY WOULD. THEY DID A GOOD JOB. I THOUGHT THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING. THEY WERE PROMPT. THEY CAME OUT WITH TRAINED PEOPLE AND GAVE US A GOOD ESTIMATE. THEY TOLD US EXACTLY WHAT THEY JOB WOULD BE.

THERE WAS ONE MAN WHO DID IT AND IT WAS GREAT JOB, MY WIFE IS VERY HAPPY. THE SALES GIRL THAT I TALKED TO HAPPENED TO BE A RELATIVE OF A FRIEND FROM CHURCH. WE WERE TREATED BETTER THAN MOST PEOPLE. WE WERE HIGHLY SATISFIED AND WE WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

I'M PLEASED WITH IT. THEY DID A NICE JOB INSTALLING THE CARPET. I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH IT AT ALL. IT'S STILL INTACT. IT'S HAD A LOT OF WEAR AND TEAR AND IS HOLDING UP NICELY.

I'M VERY PLEASED WITH THEM AND THEIR ON-TIME DELIVERY. THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO AND WHEN THEY PROMISED IT. I THINK THAT THEY DELIVERED WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DELIVER. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN TERMS OF DESIGN AND THERE WAS NO CHARGE FOR THAT.

I'M VERY PLEASED. THEY CAME AND MEASURED. THEY WERE HERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO BE HERE, AND THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEIR PRICE WAS COMPARABLE TO OTHER BOX STORES, AND I WAS HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK. TWO FRIENDS GAVE ME A REFERENCE FOR THEM.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT. THEY FOLLOWED UP AND THEY DID A LOT OF GOOD THINGS. AFTER THE INSTALLATION I REALIZED THAT THERE WAS A PROBLEM AND THEY PROMPTLY MADE ARRANGEMENTS TO HAVE IT REPAIRED. I HAD A KNICK IN THE GRANITE AND THEY HAD SOMEONE OUT HERE TO MAKE THE REPAIR.

THEY WEREN'T GOOD. THEY DIDN'T DELIVER THE MATERIAL WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO AND THEN WHEN THEY DID FINALLY DELIVER, THEY DELIVERED THE WRONG MATERIALS. THEY FINISHED THE JOB IN TIME BUT WERE NOT DONE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO BE.

IT WAS GREAT. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY. THE WORK THEY DID WAS VERY GOOD AND OVERALL IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE. THE CONTRACTORS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE ABLE TO GET THE OLD DOOR OFF AND THE NEW ONE ON IN NO TIME.

THEY WERE PRETTY GOOD. THEY CAME IN, THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO AND IT CAME OUT TO BE LESS THAN WHAT THEY SAID IT WOULD INITIALLY COST SO THEY TOOK THAT OFF THE FINAL BILL.

BECAUSE IT WAS A SPECIAL ORDER THERE WAS A DELAY IN GETTING SOME OF THE MATERIALS. IT TOOK A LITTLE LONGER THAN WE EXPECTED BUT ONCE THEY GOT TO WORKING, THE JOB WAS SATISFACTORY.

IT WAS VERY GOOD. THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO AND THEY DID IT IN A TIMELY FASHION. I THINK IT WAS A FAIR PRICE. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL.
