DO NOT USED THIS HOME DEPOT! They were and continue to be quite incompetent. We orded the windows and they actually lost the order. When they didn't call us after 2 weeks I called them. They informed me they had misplaced the order so it took an additional two weeks for the windows to arrive after the installer came to measure. The windows were eventually replaced and then after a big rain, one of the windows began to leak. I called the local Home Services office and they assured me someone would come look at it. Nobody came and I received no call. After buying our own window well cover because of fears of leaking again I called back. I was assurred I would get a call. Nobody called. I called again and the customer service person said I'd get a call directly from their shop. I got a call left on my answering machine from someone who said, "We've been talking about your job for the last 3 or 4 days." The person was very difficult to understand and left no callback number or name and no plan of action. By this time it had been WEEKS since I put in the repair call. I called again last week (end of September by then) and I was assurred by the Operations person that I'd get a call back within 48 hours. She told me that the origianl installer was not working for the company any longer. Again, no call. Finally, I called again on 10/1 or 10/2 and she had the Installation manager, Richard, call me. He called the installer. The installer called me. Guess what? It was the original installer who supposibly is no longer working for the company! He told me that he had come out and looked at the window the day after I called, but didn't do anything about the window. He told me he told the manager that he stopped by. I WAS NOT even informed anyone had stopped by! When I talked to the installer he said they were going to put in some type of waterproof foam today. He also told me that since the window was below level on a slab, the window well might fill up and we needed a cover. We did buy a cover already, but it's interesting that the 50 year old window didn't leak! We'll see if their appointment today brings any closure.

.The service was not good. They were very nice but got my order wrong three times. They took the old windows before they had the correct windows in. They tried very hard to make everything right. The product is great and I love them.
