They resolved the issue with my laptop professionally & very efficiently. Jerome picked up my laptop "from my home" which I wasn't expecting. Then dropped it back off in a couple of days. He was super friendly, courteous & very knowledgeable. I'd highly recommend Hill Town with Jerome & Kerwin. Impressive!!

Kerwin is highly impressive. I had a Starlink that no one knew how to set up to get a clear signal. Kerwin trouble shot the problem, made a plan and executed. It works great. I cannot stress enough how easy and convenient they made the whole process.

Although he wasn't able to fix the problem, he was very knowledgeable. Iwas able to fix the problem the next day by myself. However, it still cost me 150 dollars anyway.

He didn't fix the problem, since it was non-fixable, like mice chewing the wires inside the walls. He recommended I install a wireless phone system, which I did. Everything now works great.
